In my opinion, Walgreen's pharmacy is managed as many businesses and public offices are managed today as it seems there are seldom enough people to efficiently handle the volume of us on the other side of the counter. But out of the three local Walgreens I visit, Tyrone at Park street is the most efficient. Marlene is the most efficient and friendly staff assisting customers, on the phone and communicating with the pharmacists at the same time. She always makes my frequent visits more tolerable.

This Walgreens is terrible. Always have issues here. Been waiting at the window for 30 minutes today on Monday and no one has spoke to me yet. Pharmacy tech told me Sat to come back on Sunday to pay better prices, then came back and they were CLOSED on Sundays. Edit. Got home and see they only gave me 2 of my scripts when 3 were available and ready. Now otw back to Walgreens. UNREAL.

Went to pick a photo and rang the Bell a very rude person took her time to answer. Then proceeded like she was doing me a favor not greeting me barked what do yo want. What has happen to customer service?

Wouldn’t fill script bc I lived too far away? They didn’t bother contacting me to learn I have another property half a mile from store. Ridiculous. No wonder Walgreens stock is being dumped.

Seems as though since the Walgreens near Madeira Beach closed..this Walgreens is running on empty….my prescriptions are backlogged, I have to wait days in order to get my prescriptions…the staff is pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable ….i do not know what the problem is!

I’m not sure why they state they have FedEx services when there’s nobody behind the counter and all they do is just accept packages. They have no FedEx services and they don’t print labels and they don’t sell anything. All you can do there is drop off a package.

I walked in the cashier said welcome to Walgreens she was with customers so I kept on walking to not interrupt them. The customers she was with said something I could not hear and the older cashier said “well at least you can respond to me!” Nice and rude! Walked right back out. If you’re unhappy in customer service leave. I was in your store for less than a minute!

I walked in and there was no one on register in the store... I've tried approaching an employee and all they did was walk away or stood around.

Been going to this store for nearly a decade. These bad reviews are hilarious as I often overhear confused (and often wrong) customers arguing with staff about refunds and discounts. Sorry, customer isn't always right. Nothing but great service in the pharmacy. Drive thru can be slow at times. But the counter is usually busy with a couple of customers. Staff can only be in one place at a time and you're not the only person waiting. What world do we live in when people think they're the only priority.

Wanted to return two items that the manager had just rung me out five minutes before...she said that I couldn't get my money back because the computer would let her do my return...she was the manager and said she didn't know why I wasn't allowed to return the items. BEWARE!!!

Had an online order from here, they substituted the men’s cologne I ordered for women’s perfume. We eventually got the issue sorted and the staff was pretty nice about it but when I questioned the perfume I was told “well you selected that substitutions were allowed”. I didn’t order perfume… I ordered cologne. That was absolutely dumb substitution and definitely a case of “I don’t get paid enough to care.”
