Only three self check outs open, with minimal actual cashier's. Gave some lady with a case of beer the special treatment and OPENED a self check out just for her alcoholic bum ahh. She was able to cut the line. She just couldn't wait. As a cashier, tell her entitled self "NO". I have been around the country and this is the WORST Walmart. Half hearted, coward employees that don't care. You're never checking my receipt if you can't check the four people who went ahead of me 💜

If you are lazy work in Walmart. I Asked wheres the kitchen aisle and they said I dont speak English and walked away they just dont care about you. Shop at Winn Dixie , Publix, Target and youll get better experience.

The police officers there believe that it is correct to deal with business by getting in the face of innocent civilians trying to go on with their day and trying to get their groceries, ranting, “you can’t tell me what to do” like a child. The main officers name is, Officer Harris, but don’t expect any of the other officers to act any better; the manager named, Mellissa, allows and even enforced the officers act like this.

Got a great deal on tires, unfortunately I had them installed by the service center at Walmart, I lost a hubcap that they did not install correctly a few days later and a TPM sensor failed a couple of weeks later. I made the mistake of calling Walmart corporate to handle both issues as I bought the tires and paid for the installation on the Walmart website. I was given a 954 phone number to call for assistance even though my tires were installed in St Petersburg FL not Fort Lauderdale FL. I asked the person giving me the 954 number if this was correct and they assured me it was. However when I finally got thru I was told that the 954 number is for that store only not all auto service centers as I was instructed by Walmart corporate. After calling corporate back and getting routed to the correct service center I was told too much time had passed and they could not help me.

Had to cancel my order because pick up closes so early 🤬 store closes at 11pm, pick up should at least stay open until 10pm

Customer service was non existent 03/02/25 btw 6 and 7 pm. Stopped by to do a battery exchange. Waited an hour for team lead to bring keys to complete the exchange. No show so went up front. Missi showed no interest in assisting. Was told receipt for credit card was not found for purchase. Found receipt on walmart receipt lookup in 30 sec.

Waited 30 minutes to be acknowledged at the pickup station on the side of the Walmart manager never did acknowledge only the janitor and another associate helped called corporate to file a complaint at the manager for the situation

There is no security there in the event of an incident. I've called 5 times after someone tried to take my purse to get the footage for a police report and no one answers the phone. I hate that this may have to go legal. I've spent way to much money with this company to be treated this was.
