I would stay away. NO customer service. Outsourced to a country, obviously, that speak bad English. After my install on Wed. morning my internet was non-existant and the man in India...?...would not let me speak to a supervisor after he told me they couldn't come out until the next day at 3pm. They never did. I get a text bill the next day. AWFUL!

I have been a customer with T-Mobil for over 20 years. Things go fine until you buy a new phone that stops working properly after two months and you want, and have been told three times that you will receive a new phone, only to be find out that a "refurbished " phone is what you will get. They should go back and listen to their representative, recorded call supposedly, saying that I would be getting a NEW phone. Of course, I can get a new phone if I upgrade at my cost. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Connie Rouse

Chris (associate manager) was extremely helpful while we purchased two new phones. While the process took a while, he was extremely patient, personable, and helpful. There was even a slight issue with an elderly gentleman that Chris went out of his way to deescalate.

This is not to one store it's TMobile as a whole. I have had SPRINT for 20 years with very little problems in coverage.. now since the merger I drop calls , no reception period, text won't send, etc.!!!! I'm really considering switching and I realize that my acct with 9 devices is nothing to them but I'm so dissatisfied, disappointed, and disgusted with the service!!!

If not for Ambree & her staff I most likely would not of stayed with T-Mobile. I had switched over from Verizon and the porting process coupled with T-Mobile switching to a new software had so many issues it was insane. The people at the call centers for both Verizon & T-Mobile gave me wrong information and were uncaring. They also do not offer solutions only empty apologies. As a customer I felt helpless. Honestly at the end of the day when you find someone like Ambree, Adam, Truitt, Madison and the whole staff, you do business with them because they genuinely care. It's super rare to find good honest people. Ambree is a gem. I hope Tmobile can recognize what a pivotal employee she is to the company. It is because of her that I am still with T-Mobile. Thank you for checking on me after and helping me. Go to this T-Mobile store & have Ambree or her staff help you, you'll be happy.

Madison at T-Mobile is excellent. She answered all of our questions and was extremely professional and efficient. There were 7 people on the phone plan that she switched over, taking hours. She made the time go by quickly and had a great sense of humor. She provided her cell phone number if we had any problems or questions. I work in customer service and I can say, this was top notch. Go Madison!
