I met Jeff when I bought my IPhone 15. He had a great customer service, intuitive knowledge and was well versed with the AT&T systems and policies. He instructed me to return to the store once I receive my phone so we could do activation and all the switching together. He did a great job with everything that he could. Long story short it took almost 2 days to get my phone working properly and not because of any fault of Jeff at all. Even when I was losing my patience he stayed calm, asked for help when needed and always remained positive and supportive. He went above and beyond to make sure things get working. He was on the phone with Apple with me and helped me return my old phone after everything was done. He is kind and caring and a great addition to the store! Thank you Jeff :)

Colton is knowledgeable friendly and competent. A perfect employee. He took care of our needs, answered our questions and explained our options. He clearly guided us through a plan change and phone purchase making sure our needs were met. Saved us $$ by applying Sr. discounts. AT&T is lucky to have him and so were we. It was a warm and fuzzy AT&T Store experience.

I stopped at this new store on Friday, desperate for a charge cable as mine had broken for my car and was at the start of a trip. Nate and Jeff were working. They helped me on the way with a promise to come back on Sunday as Nate said he could help me save on my plan.I stopped today, Sunday, on the way home. Both Nate and Jeff were both there. They didn't pressure me to get a new phone at this time but will help me when I am ready. They did help me to change my plan and save me some money.Nate was also helping someone else save when I came into the store. Both gentlemen are truly nice people. They listened and didn't push. I will be going back to them when I am ready to upgrade my phone!!

Amazing service at this location from all of the employees! Purchased a new IPhone ProMax 14 and the entire experience was so smooth and painless. Colton was a wonderful Sales Associate. Highly recommend this location!

We were very happy with the service we received here last week. We immediately received a friendly greeting upon entering and a young gentleman helped us find exactly what we needed. He told us about the promo- buy two get one item free. We found the perfect case for my phone, he recommended a good screen protector and applied it, and we found a great charging station. Can't beat the promo deal with my hubby's work discount! Wish I knew the employee's name, but thanks again for great service!

BEWARE! All smiles and promises when making the sale. This was our experience. My wife's trade in iPhone 8 has some screen cracks and the sales person says, "No problem, we can get you $350 on the trade in". I couldn't believe it so I brought it up several times. Incredulous with the salesman's suggestion that we'd get full trade in value I brought up the screen at least 3 times. I take the phone in to turn it in for trade-in, but now that they have their sale they tell me that I'll probably only get a minimum value trade in. How slimy, how greasy! The guy taking my trade in (different person) even had the audacity to insinuate that the phone was more damaged than when we brought it in 9 days ago. WHAT? sitting on the dresser?!? The assistant sales person, who was there during the purchase (and review of the phone) says nothing. If this AT&T store says you'll get full trade in value and that you can drop the phone off in 14 days (and the phone isn't perfect), take a picture of the new phone and old phone on the contract with the date showing! They want the sale and in our case, our experience, that is all that matters to them. I am so angry, have been an AT&T customer for so long!If it turns out that we get our trade-in value I will change this review. I will not change my opinion on my treatment today, nor my suggestion that you cover yourself with proof (the picture I suggested) when they promise you the moon on your trade in.

Horrible just horrible! ROSEANN is completely incompetent, unprofessional and poorly educated in the world of AT&T. Went in today to purchase a new SIM card after being TOLD to do so by AT&T customer service because my current SIM is a 3g one and incompatible with the network after the 3g shutdown that happened today so I could not call or text. I just needed an upgraded SIM card because mine was 9 years old and they would wait for me to purchase it so i wouldn't have to wait another 30 minutes on hold. Seems simple enough but I was wrong!!!!. This employee refused to sell me a SIM card flat out. Then went on to say its "protocol" that she needs to know my number first. So I give it to her, she logs in to my account and then tells me there's not an option to sell me a SIM card on the tablet. I tell her again all I need is a SIM card she doesnt have to be in my account for that she literally just needs to scan the product and I pay for it because I have AT&T rep will take it from there. She then responds by saying, there's a protocol I can't sell you a SIM card. After trying multiple times to explain to her what's going unsuccesfully because she keeps cutting me off. She proceeds to insult me by basically calling me an idiot and telling me I dont know how this works. Went even further by asking if I have ever worked for AT&T with sarcasm. At this point im upset and tell her, I'm not an idiot, I have had AT&T service for 15 years, I have 10 lines, and I have worked for AT&T in the past. I then tell her again, I have AT&T on the line, all she has to do is sell me a SIM card and they will do the rest. She then says I'm BEING RUDE and she has the right to refuse service to anyone and is REFUSING to help me and I can go down the street to another AT&T. So I drive to 1604 and potranco go in to that AT&T, ask for a SIM and guess what they sell it to me without even asking me my number. Go figure, in than 5 minutes my sim is updated with the representative on the line and my phone works again. The rep on the line kept apologizing for Roseann's behavior and attitude stating she should have called someone for help if she didnt know how to sell a SIM card instead of behaving that way or at least accepted to speak with the representative. What was supposed to be a quick 15 minute trip turned into an hour and half headache. Save yourself some time and go to another store because she has no idea what shes doing and she very unprofessional with a know it all attitude.

I've been to this store twice and NEVER will I return. The first time I went was in September when I bought my daughters phone. Within a few days we noticed the battery would drain very quickly without being used, ie playing on apps. When I went to the store the kid there was persistent that it was me keeping the apps "open." When I told him I knew it wasn't that he made it seem like it was all my fault for the battery dying even though the phone was purchased two days prior. This evening I went in again to upgrade my phone and the guy was completely rude. He said they were out of stock and it would take a week to get the phone I wanted "anywhere in San Antonio." Which I understand, but the way he went about it and then just dismissed me and kept playing on his phone or computer, whatever it was, either way that's not how you treat paying costumers. Both of my experiences here have been bad and I will not return.
