How many 1 stars can this place get before upper management does something?
Worst hair cut of my life. Mind you I did not go in for a salon treatment. I went in for a woman's trim. No layers. Nothing fancy. Just a trim. I would have done better at home following a YouTube video. Besides the horrible cut, the "stylist" was terribly rude. I gave her an opportunity to fix the cut, and she shrugged me off, blaming my poor hair quality. So under whelmed. My fault for thinking they could do a basic trim. Never again!

Buy a flo-bee from amazon and do your own hair! This is a corporate store that never has the same people when you go in and is poorly run. If you can, find a great clips owned by someone who has a couple of stores and works their franchise properly and their staff sticks around. I use to have one like this for 15 years and it was great. Not this location.

My father in law went today, only had one lady working, she was very rude to him when he only suggested he wanted more cut off. Then proceeded to tell him his instructions were confusing to follow.

I took my son here for a kids haircut. The lady who cut his hair was extremely rude to my son and did not have patience. She also nicked my son with the clippers and when he reacted to it she threw her hands up in the air and yelled “are you going to let me finish.” I ended up just ending the haircut at that point. I will not be going back here again.

Dont come here! brought my two boys there for cuts, both hairdrssers cut extremely crooked hair. one of them was very rude.

My son and I have been going to this great clips for over 1 year now and the service and staff have always been great. Our stylist, Allison is top notch and always gives myself and my son a top quality haircuts. Allison does great fading and is super attentive and graceful. Love this Great Clips!Bear and Brayden
