“So I paid to get my mailbox lock and key changed. They did the wrong one. I went back and the head honcho said it would be done on that Wednesday. He called back later that day and said it would be done Friday and I wouldn't be charged. Friday comes and nothing. I went in to talk to him and he went in the back and didnt come back out. Also they'll try and get you to do a servey before any work is done, don't do it. Wait to see their outcome. Believe me I will be doing another one.”
