“Had an issue with my certified mail and could not seem to understand what was going on. I called and spoke to a young lady named Jamiah. She was one of the new Supervisors on the team and she got right to it. Kind, professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient. I received results within minutes! Thank you so much Jamiah for being there when my family needed it the most. We greatly appreciate you and the time you took to assist us.”
