Went grocery shopping to my local Publix and ending up stinking upon a cozy space to to eat lunch.Did you know Publix offers an eating space to enjoy your food purchase from the store? I was splendidly surprised! This space is on the second floor with a nice view, plenty of seating, clean restrooms, microwave and eating supplies. Oh and Publix plays some nice music as well.,Feel free to go to the grocer hungry! Publix has a space for you to sit and enjoy some delicious eats.Note: Not all Publix have this space. If your lucky enough to find one, you gotta check it out!

I had the worst experience as a shopper here . As soon as I walk out n wasn’t treated with any hospitality. This is not a place of diversity and inclusion if you are brown or black they think you are stealing. It’s sad because most of the people who don’t work here don’t live in Miranda it’s from the town that was here before. I wish it was more progressive. I hate that this is the only store close . A disgrace to call this the American dream.

My favorite Publix so far. Love the BOGOs and the prettiest and cleanest Publix. The upstairs is cool too.

Shiny new Publix in the San Antonio area! New design layout(see photos) All the things you expect from Publix, and a few improvements. I like the new design. There is one thing however, some of the employees are brand new to Publix. The guy at the hot food counter didn't know which warmer had the smoked pork! Lmao, imagine being 19 years old working at Publix and you have no clue what pulled pork looks like. So bear with them yelpers, they are just learning the ropes. If however you like the New Publix smell, do yourself a favor; swing by and inhale deeply.

Their delivery service is not the best. After having had some minor surgery I decided to use the delivery service. First time last time. Five items missing.. .The person that brought the groceries tried to give such lame excuses it was pitiful to listen to....Im now waiting for my refund for the missing items. What a joke

A lovely new addition to this fast-growing neighborhood. It's got that new grocery store energy, so it's bright and big and pretty. Also has a few kinks to work out, but nothing that can't be worked on.First off, I really like the entry area. It's much more open than other Publix stores in the area, and it makes the deli area so easy to access. It's a round area with plenty of room all the way around, so there's no issue with getting to what you need quickly. There's also plenty of space for people wanting sandwiches to line up, so they aren't crowding the other areas of the deli. Also, finally, an olive bar in the area. It's a must stop every visit.I also like that I can get some things here that aren't available at other Publix in the area. There's a great selection of low carb pasta and non-dairy milk, for example. It's rather a pleasure to cruise the aisles and find new items.Current downsides that I hope will improve: the order ahead function for deli meats and cheeses doesn't seem to work. We've tried it several times, and each time, we get to the store at the appointed time, and the order is not complete. We ask at the customer service desk, they run over to the deli, and then we see a bunch of folks running around to make the order happen. The reason? We're always told that "they're working to finish it now." No, you should have been working on it before we got here. The last time we ordered ahead, we gave an hour's advance notice, thinking it might help. We got to the store, no pickup order ready. There were four employees standing in the deli area having a conversation. Again, we had to ask for the order to be completed. Something's off in the ordering process. I hope it gets fixed.

My daughter is living her best life and soon moving into her brand new home in the Miranda development and this Publix is just outside the entryway for the neighborhood with a 3 million dollar, numerous fountain, entrance. And with that said- this is one of the fanciest Publix stores I have ever been to. The deli section is a large square in the middle of the department with each side a different ordering section- we were there for a pub-sub for lunch. The young lady at the sub making station was beyond phenomenal. I have a food allergy and Crystin wanted something that could trigger a reaction from me on her half of the sub, so the Publix employee made her half first, changed her glove, cleaned her knife and counter and even cut a brand new piece of bread to begin my sandwich. After all that she had put a slice of tomato on my sandwich and paused, held it up and deemed it questionable, tossed it in the trash and put a fresher looking slice on my half. All of that and they have an upstairs section inside and a patio outside where you can sit and enjoy food. And that is what we did, went upstairs and enjoyed the green views beyond the parking lot and enjoyed our lunches. The seating upstairs is plentiful, some have outlets and usb ports for charging electronics, it has a station with condiments, utensils & napkins and another hand washing station on the other end. Plus- there are bathrooms upstairs too. It was little reminiscent of Ikea (the lighting fixtures especially) but a bit more class. I also enjoyed that you could look out over the entire store too. Different grocery experience and perspective!

This is one of Publix's newest store in the area. Besides the beautiful outside surroundings the inside decor is some of their finest. They offer a wide selection of groceries, plus deli & bakery departments. My two favorites are the Seafood defy. where thy have a large variety of fresh caught fish and the bakery where the fresh baked bread is out of this world. And the very best thing is it is very close!

Everyone that works there makes you feel like they care about you. You can see the pride they have in their job. I always have a very positive experience at Publix. Especially this one. I watched a very nice young man help out a lady with learning to use the self checkout for the first time. She was resistant at first and wanted to stay in line for the regular checkout, but he told her “I got you” and walked her through it! ??
