some African american girl with a bonnet on looking all unprofessional yelled in my face telling me she is not going to go outside to check on the pump when there is clearly an issue with it unbelievable never go inside for gas not worth it. she proceeded to scream saying she had to do her JOB and put money on the pump getting all hostile and aggressive never go here and get her fired she does not deserve money.

Very Rude and will not let you use the Restroom! Went to another station for food and gas! If you serve food you are supposed to have a working public restroom!

This 7-Eleven Store is open 24 hours a day.
The 7-Eleven Corporate Website says that their hot food, or food that needs to be heated(PIZZAS, Sandwiches, Etc.) are available 24/7.
I have been in there numerous times, and have been told by the various night shift clerks, that they have been told by their manager that they are not allowed to heat or prepare food after 10 PM.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS, AND GOES AGAINST THE 7-ELEVEN CORPORATE PRODUCT OFFERINGS.
THIS IS THE ONLY 7-ELEVEN STORE THAT I'VE BEEN TO THAT REFUSES TO FULFILL THEIR NATIONALLY ADVERTISED SERVICES.
THIS MUST BE FIXED.
On top of that, their bathrooms at this location are always "out of order"...
THIS LOCATION HAS BECOME AN "INCONVENIENCE STORE".
THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST LOCATIONS I'VE EVER VISITED--and I've been in some really rough areas--BUT I'VE NEVER BEEN DENIED FOOD SERVICES.

I have come here twice and both time the restroom is out of order,the other time they told me that store policy doesn't allow people to use the restroom ,and the two or three times I just leave I don't give them my business I just don't gas up,I will never stop again at any 7-11 for anything,they worthless!!!

Lazy workers (well one of them at least, black chick told me, she’s NOT going outside in this heat to fill the ice bin) walked back into the office & continued her phone conversation 🤦🏽♀️ well dang! Ppl should be blessed to have a job but I’ll pray for her!

Car Wash broke again it never fails this wash broken 90% of the time you're supposed to get a free wash with every fourth one never gives receipts I'm done with it not going there no more

If I could get zero stars given to this place, I would today 4:15 AM stores open wide open if I might add and there’s no clerk in there going OK maybe just just in the back doing something and I’ll be out in a few minutes, 10-15 minutes later still no one. Customer knocked over on the window and the clerk is sleeping in the car, to be told sorry my system is down instead of locking up or a damn note on the door. Screw this place, years of good customer service gone. Never again, other people depend on early services like such on their way to work! Call my boss for me? No, sorry system is down! Going back to sleep, that fixes it.

This place has the worst customer service that I have seen at any 711 in CFL. Rude workers, they look like they on drugs or something.. speak to you like you are a moron. Bathrooms closed cause the don’t wanna clean them. @7-Eleven come get your folks!

I've been coming to this 711 for 3, maybe 4 years now almost daily without a single problem. Sometimes they lock up the beer after a certain hour and I've always been fine waiting a few minutes but tonight, there was new person behind the counter who outright refused to open the doors. She was struggling with the most basic functions of a cashier that I can't understand how or why she was hired to replace folks who were a thousand times better in every single way. I mean seriously, i asked if someone could open the doors and was ignored. I asked again and was looked at dead in the eyes and was told "no"... I will not be coming back to this location ever again. I found a small shop 1 minute up the street that will now be getting all my business. What a waste....

$2.56 for a small “medium” so zed coffee at 7-11 WITH my rewards. “But you get a free donut.” Well I don’t want a donut, so we’re just getting an expansive mediocre coffee. That donut is not “free” if i am paying for it with my small coffee. Next time I’ll go for good coffee at Starbucks.

This place has really gone to the dogs the car wash very seldom works right won't give you a receipt when you're supposed to get 4 washes you're supposed to get a free one the whole store and property looks like hell not enough employees lines out the door guess I'll find me a new store to go to get what I need

This raggedy B is ALWAYS closed when it should be open, ESPECIALLY overnight when the boss ain't around. Somebody need to let y'all bosses know that your store is always closed at some point between the hours of midnight and 6:00 a.m...
Lines out the door when you DO manage to open... 5:12 a m. I took the pic. People have to get to work and don't have time to make multiple stops because your unstable azz decided not to open.
