I don’t understand how 7/11 doesn’t enforce their stores to have their equipment to function.
You have coffee machines that don’t work for 3 to 4 months and you waste your time going thinking you’re gonna have your favorite drink.

Came in touch a valentines light the “owner” told me I need to cut off the light . I told him say it nicely I’m not an employee and don’t know how 7 eleven products work. He later saying he’s the owner Robert and I need to get out his store I strong fell like I was racially profile I’m a customer not a employee I don’t need to do nothing a 7 eleven employee yelling at me tells me to do
I have contact the better business bureau, 7eleven corporate, and will be in the county meeting about this location

The staff is extremely rude and speaks absolutely no English. You will ask them a very simple question and they will just stare at you like your inconveniencing them. From now on I’ll be leaving early and driving past my work to go to another store.

Lady didn't let me put in my phone number for rewards and didn't let me get a receipt either. She rushed our entire checkout to finish talking to the previous customer.

For the most part this 7-Eleven is nice, it's big, it's clean however what I didn't appreciate about my visit was the fact that one of the employees, he was kind of a short guy, he spoke with a broken accent, foreign accent, and made me feel very uncomfortable as he was standing there watching over when I was deciding what type of drink I wanted from the fountain drinks and frozen drinks as if I was trying to take something.. like that's the way he made me feel and I did not appreciate it whatsoever.. will I return to this 711?? probably not. I spend a lot of money with 7-Eleven one thing I do not appreciate is a staff member making me feel like I'm doing something wrong when I'm simply trying to decide on a drink. I turned around and asked him if I could help him..he said no did you need help? I said not unless you're going to drink the drink that I decide I'm going to get. When it came time to check out I was trying to redeem one of my rewards and because I had something else along with it it would not redeem the reward. I said why don't it take my reward? he didn't really want to even give it a second thought he just looked at me and just said no you don't have any rewards, I said actually yes I do as a matter of fact I just had a thousand now I have 500 why am I even debating this with you there should be a reason why this is not allowing us to bring it up anyway I figured it out even though I don't work for 7-Eleven and needless to say I got the reward and I was more than happy to be gone from there and I'm not trying to be funny but it seems to me like he is suffering from Napoleon syndrome with his cocky little attitude. He does not have very good customer service skills and certainly needs to find a new job.

After pre-paying ? for pump 12 ⛽️. It filled $0.14 cents and stopped pumping. I then moved my car ? to pump 5 ⛽️. And again, the pump didn't work ⚠️. I'm really disappointed after 12 mins ⏱️ in which I should've been outta there in 4 mins ⏱️ with pumps ⛽️⛽️ that malfunctions ⚠️.

I have come in here five times during the last six months to get a coffee. Every single time after I prepare my coffee it tastes watered down and disgusting. The first couple times I thought it was just a fluke then the third time I checked the little mini refrigerator from which the milk is drawn to make lattes and coffee drinks. They had nothing but 2% milk which explains a lot being that I selected whole milk. The first time I told them about it they told me that they were out of whole milk. The second time which was about a month later, they told me the same thing. I guess they have gotten clever and are now just either watering down the whole milk pouring 2% milk into a whole milk container. Sorry but I'm not stupid!

Horrible Store! Multiple gas pumps not working and they aren’t locked out. They need to cover them or put up a sign so I don’t look like an idiot trying to use all the pumps and none work. I eventually got to pump 3 and it worked. Went inside to let the lady know and she didn’t care. Also I then went to get a drink and I guess their coolers aren’t working!!! All the drinks were warm. From the milk to the water to the Gatorade all warm. How sad! Hopefully no one buys that milk and gets sick! I will never ever return to this location
