I have come in here five times during the last six months to get a coffee. Every single time after I prepare my coffee it tastes watered down and disgusting. The first couple times I thought it was just a fluke then the third time I checked the little mini refrigerator from which the milk is drawn to make lattes and coffee drinks. They had nothing but 2% milk which explains a lot being that I selected whole milk. The first time I told them about it they told me that they were out of whole milk. The second time which was about a month later, they told me the same thing. I guess they have gotten clever and are now just either watering down the whole milk pouring 2% milk into a whole milk container. Sorry but I'm not stupid!

Horrible Store! Multiple gas pumps not working and they aren’t locked out. They need to cover them or put up a sign so I don’t look like an idiot trying to use all the pumps and none work. I eventually got to pump 3 and it worked. Went inside to let the lady know and she didn’t care. Also I then went to get a drink and I guess their coolers aren’t working!!! All the drinks were warm. From the milk to the water to the Gatorade all warm. How sad! Hopefully no one buys that milk and gets sick! I will never ever return to this location

the manger there told me my food stink and don't use his microwave for that the food was for a special needs person he did not care he unplugged the microwave and he such a coward he did not want to give me corporates number he tried to spit on me but did not want to come outside .... do not support this location there very unprofessional

The credit card machine there has been broken for weeks. I watch the cashier sit there and let customers try for 3 to 5 minutes knowing that it won’t work. We all have to go to Wawa. Could you please hire some cashiers that maybe speak a little bit of English that would be great.

I don't even want to leave it one star. Lady on the a.m shift ..Hispanic long haired lady loves to charge everyone extra money and wrong prices so that she can dip into the cash register.. she has been calls out on it but still seems to have a job...she's very rude and obnoxious and I will never go to this store again...ever!!! I was a regular everyday customer . So it's their loss... hope she goes to jail someday soon for theft.

Crooked. Watch the display when you check out. 3rd and last time I have caught the skinny Spanish lady with glasses ringing up extra items or wrong items. This morning I caught her ringing up 2 extra large coffees instead of large,called her out on it so then she changes it to another item for even more money. I walked out and will never be back to this store. Several times I have witnessed other customers catching her doing the same.

Nothing but a big circus there you have a young spanish girl talking behind peoples back , I had a issue with being charged 120 dollars on my card for gas with no gas no cover on pump I was pissed and the guy which was nice was taking a earful from this little mouthy girl and she said something to the guy in front of me in spanish and didn't know I had someone right there that understood amazing , said we deal with this kind all the time !!! really you mean the kind that has a made a good living and putting gas in a $80,000 truck you mean that kind !!!! well keep talking spanish behind peoples back and playing loud music and treating us KIND !!! like crap lol this why this 7-11 will lose thousands in fuel because u have clowns running this location it this is AMERICA!!!! talk English , I hope you transfer her to a 7-Eleven in Alaska that's what she needs to be to learn respect and learn how to treat everybody nicely I'm not gonna say the word what she really is.....

Dirty, expensive, expect no receipt for your purchase. Cashiers didn't speak basic English so it's hard to communicate

This store charged me an additional 19.23. The cashier doesn’t understand English and I’m still waiting for the refund of 54.23. 35 in gas and 19.23 for misc items. I had to make a complaint with the corporate office pertaining to my refund I have also contacted the BBB.

I come here almost every day and sometimes nights and now this new black girl that works here is to lazy to press my sandwich at 2:45am when they have done it every night I went in for the past year before. Another 7 eleven just my business.

Been trying to call store for 3 daysCar broke down and was waiting for AAA to pick it upTold employee working AAA on their way. Please don’t have car towedHad someone coming for ride homeAAA had name and address of where to tow car for repair in am then told to go home and be safeNext day call from mechanic no car was delivered. Call to AAA they couldn’t find a tow company to pick it up without a person thereHad friend drive 20 miles to 7-11 and was told car was towed by them but would not give name or location of who they called ZERO HELPNon emergency police only open M-FSo Christmas Eve and Day we have a missing car and NO-ONE will answer the phone at 7-11Called 6x this am and after 5 rings a hang up then 4, 3, 4, 3, 2 rings and hang up. HmmmGuess only option now is to call police and report stolen and let them talk to 7-11 and get some answers
