Very unprofessional. They arrived to perform the move for my business furniture and simply walked away, saying it was too much work, even after I detailed the provided photos for the quote. When I spoke to the manager he was very rude and refused any explanation. Do not use this company.

The customer service here is Outstanding! Ordered a storage container to be delivered to our job site. Charles jumped through hoops to get it there when we needed it, and placed it with care in the very spot we asked for. They will be seeing our business in the future for sure. Great experience.

This is a terrible moving company. They quoted me less than 1 thousand dollars and said they could move us in 1 day. They didn’t get everything moved charged us over 2 thousand dollars. Broke a 75” $1800 TV. Ruined my $10 Thousand dollar couch amongst other things. Then they bury you in paperwork for any claims and don’t stand behind their service. STAY AWAY!

I cannot express with words how incredibly grateful I am to Ray and Julio for helping me and my family move out from out apartment and move into our new house. They were very courteous, careful, friendly, informative, honest, and quick. I recommend AAA Insta-Move 100% to everyone. They made my move very enjoyable from the office to the movers. Extremely disappointed in the quality of the service, despite several people suggesting that AAA would provide me with good service. The primary issue is that the movers did not wrap ANY of my furniture in blankets and shrink-wrap, as is customary with any professional moving service. As a result, because no moving blankets were used, nearly all of my furniture, including an almost new $1,000+ 4K TV, were damaged (see the pictures below for a few examples). AAA charged me approximately $2,000 for the move and they did about $5,000 in damage to the furniture, hence the extreme disappointment.

I just want to highlight Tom's work in the sales/quotes office. He was SO kind, professional, and detailed when we were discussing moving logistics. He took the time to explain the different details of the move including the professional quality of the movers, and honestly it was just a pleasure talking to him. I ended up not using their moving services, only because I'm located a little further from their dispatch offices than I would have liked, but I 1000% would have gone with them had that not been a factor. I still highly recommend them.My sister has also used them in the past, and had nothing but positive things to say about her moving experience (she referred me to them because she had such a positive experience).Tom, thank you so much. Moving usually isn't fun or easy, but you put humanity and ease into it- a brilliant sales professional. I appreciate you!

The entire experience, from COW delivery to offloading was smooth. Every one involved was Profesional and helpful. Pricing was fair and well worth it. The offload crew was especially fast and careful and very attentive to where we wanted things placed. I can’t say enough good about the experience.

I had a 3 man crew for a local move. Mark, James, and Christian work great together. Highly recommend these guys. Moving again in 7 months. I will be calling back and I will request these 3 again.

If I could give negative stars I would!! I completely agree with the negative reviews given as I had much of the same terrible experience. My furniture was damaged, much of it was not even padded or wrapped, items were thrown in the pod. I watched a mover drop a box marked FRAGILE on all sides and laugh about it. It was even explained that box was NOT to be put in the pod and that it would be going in my car. The movers were rude and complained about the owner, their pay and how much they hated their job from the minute they arrived. There’s not enough space here to describe the horrible experience I had with this company! Very unprofessional and no compensation for all the damaged furniture even though I had the insurance.Of course the owners response is not factual. In fact, he tried to get me to sign a document and offered to pay me an insignificant sum of money so that I wouldn't post a review. I declined.

I was very disappointed ☹️ with my move considering the fact that I used the service before in the past and i had an awesome experience. The two guys took so long to move my things which were not many things if you really know how to move people. However, this one new guy was moving like he didn’t want to work. I always thought highly and referred people to AAA insta move, however, AAA insta move have lost my business. If you want to know I should get some of my money back!
