This was only the second time in my life I had to see an eye doctor. First time was about 15 years ago, when I was told my eyes were perfectly fine.First, the staff is wonderful. My mom and I went in together, then we got my wife to come in, then another family member. We've all had great experiences. My glasses only took a week, which was awesome. My other family members waited a bit longer, but still within a reasonable timeframe.The doctor is fantastic, but all the staff is great. I highly recommend America's best in Sanford.

1 star is too much. I called to order my replacement lenses that I have DONE BEFORE in the past. and they told me I have to come in to get them ordered. Never ever ever had this problem. I’m a full time working mom with not enough time to pick them up! The least you can do is help me over the phone getting the REPLACEMENT ordered so I only have to make one stoP which would be picking them up.

I experienced sudden blurred vision and booked an exam here. They set an appointment for 12:20, but said I could come in sooner and they might be able to see me. I showed up sometime around 11:45. I had a check in exam at around 12 to 12:20. After the initial exam, I sat in the waiting room until 1. They then tell me the doctor is going on a lunch break and can see me at 2. I was seen at 2:20. My advice is to not book an appointment around lunch, just in case. Certainly plan extra time if you’ll be visiting. I’d been here once prior, and experienced long wait times then as well. Staff is friendly though, wait times aside good customer service.

Had my eye exam at America's Best in Sanford and the staff was awesome..my customer service representative Shaquel went above and beyond to make sure I was totally satisfied before leaving..very patient..and friendly...I highly recommend America's Best and Shaquel needs to be acknowledged for her awesome customer service...thanks

This is an excellent location. The service, from the exam to the picking up of my contacts and glasses was quick and friendly, especially Ben who helps you pick out your glasses and ensured they are fitted properly.
