I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Sanford AT&T store, and I must commend Michael Oat for his outstanding service. Michael helped me upgrade my phone and seamlessly added an iPad to our plan for my daughter. His patience and expertise made the process incredibly smooth. He took the time to explain all the features and made sure that we got the best deal possible. His attention to detail and customer-first attitude really made a difference. If you're looking to upgrade or need advice on new devices, Michael is your go-to! Thanks to him, my daughter and I left the store completely satisfied. Highly recommend!

Was expecting a phone in the mail never got it went in Mike was super helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and bring down my anxiety levels to zero. Awesome person awesome staff. Highly recommend ATT and if any issues this store is great!!

I asked simple questions about me account the gentleman would not help me at all. Told me it’s customer services problem. I explained exactly what I needed and customer service wouldn’t be necessary. He literally told me we’ll go to another store then. Extremely frustrating experience. Do not recommend going here for anything.

I had a great experience at this store. My phone stopped working completely so upon Arrival Edwin greeted me and helped me get started immediately. He was so knowledgeable and very helpful through the whole process. He was able to offer great insight on the different phone they had to offer. This is the best customer service I have ever had at an ATT store and I have been a lifetime customer of ATT. Edwin was amazing!
