Have a corporate account with AT&T and bought a brand new Samsung ultra 25 at full price! The camera app was not working on the phone and took it back to the store to get the phone exchanged as it was still within the 14 days exchange period......for which there was a restocking fee .right from the get go, They didnt want to help and asked me to take the phone to u break i fix without even giving me the option to exchange the phone. It was 6:40 when I got to their store. I said "no , I want to exchange my phone and am happy to pay the restocking fee. "Then he said ....well u need to get the original box and make sure u r back before 7:30 as we cannot transfer data after that. I was made to feel like a con artist as though I was trying to fleece them . I ran home while my husband waited at the store. I returned and it was 7:34 pm and they flat out refused to help us .....if ur data is not transfered by 8 pm we will disconnect the cable and u will loose all ur data.
Completely felt like they didnt want to help from the get go and made me run home for no reason.
They were extremely rude and I will strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this store!!!!! The worst customer service. Most unprofessional staff, rude, unwilling to help and i felt discriminated!!!! Beware!!!! Beware!!!! Beware!!!!!
SHAME ON AT&T for such poor service.....I have been with your company for 20 years!!!

I went to this store for the first time and my experience was very good. I came without appointment but still treated me very well. Treasure Duignan is very helpful. Treasure called customer care to help me and solve my problem. She is very polite and helpful. Please visit this store one time.

My husband, I went to the store all stressed out and so disappointed because we didn’t know what we were doing. Tyler, one of the associates there was amazing. He was able to answer all of our worries and concerns, and he gave us the answer that we needed efficiently and quickly. I highly recommend the store

As you can read in previous comments, the store is no help. The general manager does not care one bit either. Horrible customer service in store and via phone. AT&T lost a customer, I will be canceling my service.

Due to hold times over 1.5 hours (twice) to reach customer service or loyalty team in order to remove (5) lines (big expense) I gave up and went to store, the store (would not/refused) to assist, giving me calling in as the only option. This came from manger Luis Rivera - So be aware, they are quite willing and able to sell you services and equipment, but seem incapable or unwilling to remove them. This leaves me using my time, extensively to chase down someone over hours of time in there company that can in fact remove services.
