Absolutely awesome staff. I ended up being over an 1 hour late to the appointment I scheduled. They immediately helped us and we were taken care of and out the door. Will always go to this AT&T location.

Emory helped me and wife lock into new phones on a new plan as we transitioned from cricket wireless and he just made the whole process so easy. He explained everything so we could understand the what, why and how of what plan and devices worked best for us and still kept things lighthearted and personal.

I’m changing my review from a 1 star to a 4 star because the store manager reached out to me to try to help my situation. It was not a 100% reimbursement for an employee mistake but the fact that he made an effort was very much appreciated. My best advice is to double check the promos they are offering on trade-ins, purchases,etc! Take a picture of what they are writing down on their pad of paper. Long story short I was given wrong info on a promo after I already bought a new phone and came back to the store 2 days later w my trade-in. It’s too much of a hassle to return it and get my old phone back but the store manager did offer a somewhat fair solution.

I had a deep cleaning with absolutely no pain or problems.I am very thankful for all the employees and the Doctors.I am 57 yr old .I will say I have a wonderful time every time.This Dental plain is the one you should try.Thank you again for the way my mouth fills.

The staff member at the Ball Blvd, Sanford store was wonderful. But my reason for being there was the opposite. A few years ago I foolishly listened to lies about “free iPhone 13s”. I expected to get something for my iPhone 12, but ATT gave me nothing and put me on a payment plan, essentially a contract. When I realized this and contacted them and spoke to at least 6 people, I got nothing. I had to pay it off to get away from them. I’m going to buy a new phone from Apple and find a more helpful and transparent company.Beware ATT’s deceptions.

I needed a new phone and went to this facility as it was close to my homeI have my new phone and a bogus charge on my credit card. I needed new equipment for the phone and that purchase was charged twice. I am disputing that with my cc company as when I challenged it in the store I was told they only showed one chargeI guess all the one star reviews are an indication that something is wrong in the culture of the store. Is the manager to blame for all the negativity I read and have experienced. Wish I would have gone to another company maybe I would not have had this incredible experience

Treasure was amazing!! Apple had messed up my partners phone and it was stuck in SOS mode. Treasure was able to help us and get it working. She really knows her stuff! We are so grateful to have gone in there and met her otherwise he wouldn’t have been able to use his phone at all.

Once I arrived I was greeted immediately by the Tammy. She let me know that she will be right with me. Once she was done she came over and asked how could she help me. I explain to her I wanted to upgrade my device she advised me that the phone that I was interested in was not in stock and she had to order it. I was a little bummed about that but she asked if I would like to see it in person because they had the demo in the floor, she also went over and beyond to explain the difference between the device. She asked if the camera makes a difference for me I told her yes so her advise me which device I should get and I went with that one which was the iPhone 15 pro max

The AT&T Representative was amazing ?He was fully knowledgeable about the products and services I requested. I came in to buy earbuds and 2 liquid screen covers.He assisted me in purchasing 3 phone ? accessories for which I received 20% OFF each purchase!

I had a order that I made online a upgrade, and I was supposed to just pick it up at this after 2 hours. But I noticed that I didn’t get a email with my order number so I called att online, and we know how that goes I had to speak with a few agents and nobody wanted to do their jobs to help me find my order. Everyone was saying they don’t see it. So I came to this place here and see if they could help and it was a young lady that was more concerned about lunch then to hear what I needed. So she tried to look up my order and told me it’s no order on my account so I explained I made the order so someone need to come up with the money I spent on tax for my upgrade. So I leave right. So this is why I give this store a 1 star. I called att online back and this time i asked for the “disconnect department” or loyalty department. They find my order and told me all the lady at store had to do is “called them”and they could have push the order through…. Smh, because it was a issues in the system that prevented me from seeing my order, but they could!! So because I didn’t upgrade in the store I’m guessing she didn’t want to do her job! So I had them cancel the order to that store and I got credited on my account for that mistake. 0/10 for customer service at this store.
