Gian and Kyle were such professionals. Gian helped us with picking out the right Integra that would fit my 16 yr old daughter. Explain every detail to her and myself. Kyle in finance took us through everything and explain the financing part and the warranty that would cover the Integra.
Overall it was the best experience in buying our Second Acura from them.

The purchase of the vehicle along with taking it in for service was very easy. I was able to get a real human being the first time I called and was able to being the car in to get it repaired without any issue. The service advisor kept me updated via text and was always accessible whenever I asked for status updates. No complaints

Our visit to Autonation Acura Orlando was disappointing. The salesperson we worked with (Nick) used high-pressure tactics, didn’t take the time to understand our needs, and refused to provide lease numbers unless we committed to buying on the spot. This approach made us uncomfortable, and we left without a deal or knowing what the Acura would cost us to lease. We immediately contacted Jenkins Acura in Ocala, where the process was respectful, transparent, and efficient — and we leased and traded in our car for our new Acura there this past Friday.

My service advisor, Marcos, is awesome! He is kind, communicates quickly and effectively. He always tends to whatever my concerns are and addresses each with care. Car maintenance is not exactly fun, but my experiences have always been positive, and we always manage to laugh somewhere along the process…I’m good with that! 😉

I was looking to trade my 2019 RDX, I really was not sure if I wanted another acura or switch to another company. I contacted Acura and Jordan answer my text. He was very helpful and found the car I wanted. I was in contact with infinity as well but their sales person was not as persistent as Jordan at acura was. I decided to stay with acura because of Jordan, not only was he interested in buisness he made the deal I wanted work out. Its refreshing to have someone dedicated to their job and looking out for the customers interest without being pushy or arrogant about it. Thamks Jordan for making my car buying a truly enjoyable process. I will forever be an acura customer!

Would not recommend to anyone. I purchased a new 2024 ZDX in February after a few months I reviewed the contract I found out they charged me a paint protection on my contract for $699 without my knowledge. When I went to the store to get a refund the gsm told me I didn’t pay for it because they gave me a discount on my car and the payment would be the same with it or without it. They refused to issue me a refund. It was a 27 month lease and the paint protection they snuck in there was for 36 months. Obviously, I wouldn’t have purchased a 3 year protection for a 2 year lease. Stay away from this place. I lease cars often and yes it is my fault for not seeing this on the contract. But they lost my business and all the people who ask me.
