I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at Autonation Sanford.
When I purchased my 2021 BMW X7, I bought a cosmetic dent insurance policy for $2,000, with the clear understanding that it would cover any dents.
However, I was recently told the policy only covers dents up to 4 inches, a restriction never mentioned during the sale or in the policy/contract documents. This feels like a blatant misrepresentation, and I’m frustrated by the lack of transparency. I trusted this dealership to be upfront, but instead, I’m left questioning the legitimacy of the insurance I paid for.
I’m now forced to deal with the insurance company and consider legal options.
Avoid this dealership unless you want to deal with hidden terms and wasted money. Terrible customer service and a complete lack of accountability.

Frustrating experience. 1st: Had to leave vehicle for 24 hours for diagnosis. They confirmed what I told them I suspected and needed to order the part. That took 2 1/2 weeks. No follow up from dealership unless I made contact first. Finally told me part was in AFTER I asked for the 3rd time. Part replaced (front wheel bearing assembly). Technician wrote "noise no longer heard" after replacement. 2 minutes after leaving the dealership.. grinding noise. Seems the other Wheel Bearing is bad as well. How, exactly, does a professional mechanic not hear it? When I asked if they even drove the truck after the repair was done the coordinator acted defensive. Weird. So guess what? Next week I have to go through this horsecrap again. Bring it in for diagnoses, even though I know what it is. Then they'll have to order the part, again. And I'll wait two weeks, again. It obvious what happened. I brought the truck in and told them it was the front left wheel hub. that's what they confirmed and fixed.... and never thought to listen to the other side whose noise was masked by the louder failure. Such a waste of time (and they wouldn't order the part in anticipation of the 2nd repair until confirmed).... sigh.

I told them what I needed it showed me all the options I ended up buying a Chrysler Town and country my wife loves it the price was perfect everybody there was a great help and I highly recommend buying a vehicle from AutoNation Ford in Sanford
