Well when I got there I waited along time for someone to wait on me. And then I noticed people coming after me being helped before me. So I get out my car and asked if I'm in the right place. This made me feel hurt. I was with Mazda for ten or 15 years and they never treated me bad. unfortunately I didn't like Mazda SUVs any more because they all look alike. I have always wanted a Honda but didn't think I could afford one, but then I got blessed.

We are a Honda family and came here by happy accident.
My daughter moved to Sanford, and her "check engine" light came on when driving to work. She called us to help.
We needed a Honda Service convenient to her home/work, so we landed here at AutoNation.
Our previous Honda dealership services in our area left us unhappy, usually down to poor communication. But we wanted a Honda Service Center, so we took a chance.
Joseph was able to get us in even without an appointment, and immediately gave us his cell number so we could get in touch with him through the service appointment.
Joseph was professional and courteous, and helped us every step of the way. The "icing on the cake" was that the problem was a warranty issue, so there was no charge for the repair.
I think we've found the service provider for our Odyssey, so we'll be going there now as well. Thank you.

This was they most easiest process to buy a car, they followed up with exceptional customer service when i needed them. I would definitely come back for my next vehicle

the staff at Honda Sanford is unbelievable. Grant Bowden take the prize and the best salesman ever. He is patient, listens to you with undivided attention. He makes you feel like you are the only person in the world at that time. Brian was welcoming and very alert he was right there when I pulled up and notified Horhay. Horhay was very informative and took the time to explain things. He did a great job on the luggage rack Michelle was very welcoming. All in all it was a great experience

I was very happy with the service I got at Honda repairing a part inside my Honda CRV he went over and above to be professional and gave me the correct time it took to fix it. It was done perfect. Jorge Quiros was excellent.

I purchased my Honda in Titusville which is an hour away from my house. I ended up getting a flat tire, so I went to AutoNation Honda. Rahkeem and the service department was very helpful and informed to me that he can do anything till he talked to the warranty company at 8:00 a.m. I had to be to work at 8:00 so Charles in the sales department was very nice and took me to work down the street. It did not take them very long to determine my tire had to be replaced and was covered by the warranty I purchased. When I arrived at the dealer after Charles picked me back up, Rahkeem took me over to the technician for what happened to my tire. It was very nice to be able to personally speak with the technician that worked on my car. All the stuff I encountered were very nice and Charles went out of his way to make sure I got to and from work. But came went out of his way to make sure that I understood what happened. Also the dealership is huge and has many cars to select from. I will continue getting service from here as Rahkeem has made himself my permanent service advisor!
