I stopped by this dealership yesterday to gather information. I met a gentleman named Adam safdari. I assumed he was a salesman but later in the conversation I found out he was the general manager, the highest position held at any car dealership. I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked in to this dealership,but I can tell you after speaking with Adam I know when it's time for me to make a decision he will be on my top two lists of people I would like to do business with. Once again, as always, I still continue to receive exceptionally excellent expert service from (AutoNation Acura in Sanford, FL) over the last 20 years for my Acura TL (2004) where I also bought my car.
My Acura service team lead, Charles Jones, works very closely with his master mechanic technicians to address & resolve (repair) all of the problems that I identify for my 20 year old car, and also, proactively identify & resolve (repair) problems that I didn't know about to identify before those problems, over time, become worse (more complex) & more expensive problems to fix (repair).
This last repair service, my Acura service team was really challenged because I had problems (repairs) which required parts where OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts were not available from Acura for my 20 year old car. My Acura service team worked very hard, didn't give up & were very resourceful (innovative) to research & identify alternative solutions to finally find Acura OEM parts that were required my car's repair because car parts manufactured by other non-Acura manufacturers (vendors) don't work (function, perform & last) as well as Acura OEM parts specifically designed by Acura for Acura cars.
Again, this is why my 20 year old car still looks like new, drives like new (including maintaining/improving original fast fuel-injection acceleration) & my gas mileage is slightly better than when I purchased my car.
I really appreciate this kind of continued exceptionally excellent expert service.

Good news: Technician Jesse provides you with a short, narrated video that communicates very well the work he did, what he did not do, and recommendations.
Bad news: Service Advisor told me the transmission fluid was "dark" - but later I learned from Jesse it's a "closed system" meaning you cannot see the fluid. Tsk, tsk. I told them to hold off doing any work on the transmission.
Recovery: Manager acknowledged misrepresentation and said they had already replaced the fluid - and would eat the cost. In general, I believe this service group does a decent job; but, do not, do not, do not lie to your customers.
