Professional and efficient Service Department. Comfortable customer waiting area. I especially like the short video the technician sends you while performing the service work. This level of service is appreciated and will be a consideration why I would purchase another Acura! 5 Stars...

I consistently receive excellent service at Acura North Orlando. Jeff and his team ensure that I receive comprehensive service and that my vehicle is running at top performance! Their service is superb at a high value for its costs.

I like to think I came here by necessity since my car gave out a few months ago. Interest rates are at a all time high so it's not really the time to buy but I figure I can just refinance once it lowers since I can't fathom being another day carless. In the interim, Il say the salesmans here such as Kyle and Saed are pretty direct and honest thus far. I've been promised 4 new tires with alignment along with paint buffering to fix 2 cosmetic small dings so we'll see in a few days if promises are kept and it comes to fruition. Besides that I have only good things to say about these Acuras, they drive so smooth and the fact that most come Pre-Certified is a huge piece of mind now-a-days. So off I go in the wind with my 2021 soccer mom car, all half blinded to my rate and loan term for the time being!

Online parts ordering is just a terrible experience on many levels.I ordered a part online and it shows as them having the part in stock. The truth it turns out is that they have no inventory control information. They had to order my part from Honda to then receive it, and then turn it around and ship it to me. They do not offer drop shipping which would make the process more efficient and probably less costly and would eliminate the other issues I encountered during this process. After a few days after ordering when I noticed that the online system still said that my order status was "in progress" and not shipped I called. At first I was told by the parts employee that they did not have access to the online order system. Why not give all employees access to online order status, this is terrible service? I was told that someone else would call me back. I waited until the end of the business day and still had not been called back. I called again and this time I opted to stay on hold waiting to be helped. This took about 15 minutes. I was told that they had to order the part and had not received it yet. I was assured that as soon as they get it that it would be shipped to me and I should have it in a few days.A few days passed and the online order process indicated that a tracking label had been created. But upon checking with FedEx it showed that they had not received the package. After another couple days FedEx still had not received the package. When I called to inquire about my part I was told that someone misplaced my part and it ended up on stock shelf. Why is nobody going over open orders to see what the status is of these orders? Never was I made to feel like my business mattered nor that they would do any improvements to their terrible ordering process. I asked for a token of appreciation after all of these issues like a shipping cost discount or something and I was told that there was nothing they could do because the online ordering process is handled by a 3rd party. Red flags everywhere. Finally after over a week and a couple days I finally got the part. Next time I'll order elsewhere online. These people don't want your business. A part may be small potatoes but keeping your customers happy goes a long way in ensuring that the larger purchase does happen in the future. The delays, inactions, misinformation, and inefficiencies I encountered are indicative of a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction.

Have been trying to get my refund for a warranty I bought over 6 months. I have given them all the paperwork they needed they told me 6-8 weeks to fully process and it would be mailed to me. Here I am 6 months later no money have emailed numerous times and been ignored. Will be going in again to try and get my money , don't waste your time here.

Horrible customer service. If you want to buy an Acura, buy from a different dealership, like an actual Acura dealership. The autonations do not offer great customer service, they are not good at making sales, they treat you as if they are doing you a favor spending your money there. Kinda glad I experienced horrible service, that drove me to check out Fountain Acura and had an AMAZING experience. Like seriously, why even go to Auto Nation for an Acura - go directly to Fountain Acura. World class service, knowledgable sales and finance reps and no one is RUDE to you. Simply a pleasure! Due to the negative experience at Autonation, I ended up at Fountain Acura and got a great deal on a brand new MDX and enjoyed every minute of my time there. Oh yeah and they don't waste your time like Autonations and have you sitting for hours. Like seriously, who wants to spend hours at a dealership when buying a new vehicle. Thanks Autonation, you made me a Fountain Acura client for life!!!

Excellent interaction from the time I walked in the door to the time the sale was complete with Jeff Francois. No pressure or surprises during the process; ethical practices throughout. Definitely would buy a car from this dealer again in the future.

This review is solely a reflection of the sales manager Josue G. WOW - who the heck gave this guy a sales position?! I have never experienced such a rude and senseless customer experience ever before. Our sales agent Francois was amazing - he was trying to help us get the price we wanted and because the sales manager had to change the numbers on the computer, he got out of his office, walked over to us and said "I DONT WANT TO HAVE TO RUN THESE NUMBERS AGAIN... either take it or leave it... i don't care, but I'm not changing anything!" Sorry, you're in sales... that comes with the job. Whoever put you in a managerial position has done this dealership a huge disservice. The ONLY reason we're even still here is due to Francois... we know the sale of a car goes towards his commission and he is an excellent agent who genuinely showed care to us and our buying experience. I'm just shocked as this is our first Acura experience. We have BMW vehicles and I can tell you right now, the Fields BMW Winter Park will NEVER treat you this way. Josue, please go get a lesson in customer service; It's actually a very desirable skill in your line of work.
