It's surprising to see the low ratings for this particular Auto Zone location, as I have had nothing but positive experiences in my last four visits. During my last two visits, I purchased headlight and fog light bulbs, and most recently, a windshield repair kit. What I appreciate most about this store is its self-service checkout and compatibility with various payment methods such as Apple Pay, Android Samsung, and Google Pay. The service representatives are always helpful in directing me to the correct aisle for what I'm looking for, and if I still cannot locate the item, they are willing to walk me over to it. I have never encountered any issues during my visits and hope that this level of service continues.

They didn't have the alternator I needed in stock my mechanic had to go to Altamonte to go pick it up there. I'm very disappointed with places that love to charge a lot of money for parts yet they make us have to pay and go out of our way to go get what we paid for. Is their responsibility to have it on stock or have someone bring it to the store for the customer. I'm very disappointed.

Called for pricing and another call came in for the store and left me on hold for 5 minutes then I just hung up... Very disappointing.

I stopped by because I drove by a bush and it scratched the side of my car. Miguel came out and took a look at the scratches, helped pick out the products I needed and then offered to fix it for me!! You can’t even tell! I’m so thankful for his help! I tried to give him a tip and he wouldn’t accept. Give the man a raise! That’s the spirit of America and what we need more of in this country.??

As usual, AutoZone is short staffed but, the staff is mostly knowledgeable and eager to help get what you need.15 years ago they were not short staffed- that's why the 4 Star Rating.

Great service by Miguel Rivera Fonseca! He exemplifies true customer service! He installed the battery (under warranty) and wipers for my car in minutes! Very hospitable and did a fantastic job! Will be back for any future parts/work. Thank you!

Miguel was so very helpful with my finding the correct lights for my car and also put them in for me which is a big help because I’m a single mom so was very appreciated. And Beverly was very kind when she cashed me out. Truly a great experience

Miguel had wonderful customer service, he let me know what he was doing and why. He let me know for the future what parts I would need and explained what to look for. He installed both filters on my car and replaced my headlight. He was a great guy! Store# 4859

Came here to get insight on trouble shooting my gas gauge. Older Indian guy named Michael on crutches had no idea what I was asking about when I said it just like that. He said "oh you need the code reader" so I said "sure" . He said "wait by your car for me" . Watched him help 10 more people and then his young co worker came out to help someone who came after me with their car outside. Terrible customer service and no actual car knowledge like you'd expect from a auto part store. Update : all the cars left the parking lot and no one has come outside to help me. Update : went inside and he finally came out. I've told him SEVERAL times I was asking about trouble shooting a fuel gauge. He handed me the print out and kept saying "it's the abs sensor" . I asked him if that would cause the fuel gauge not to work. He still went on about the abs. 0/5 stars he did not care to listen to me or properly help me at all. I'll be putting in a formal complaint with headquarters.

I visited the store with the intention of returning a faulty car part, but to my dismay, the staff refused to process the refund because I couldn't provide them with the original receipt.Despite explaining my situation and presenting valid proof of purchase, the employees were unhelpful and unsympathetic. I understand that having a receipt is usually required for returns, but I expected better customer service from a reputable store like Auto Zone.The lack of flexibility and understanding shown by the staff was truly disheartening. As a loyal customer, I have purchased numerous items from Auto Zone in the past, and I expected them to go the extra mile to assist me in resolving the issue. Unfortunately, that was not the case.It is incredibly frustrating to be denied a refund simply because I couldn't locate the receipt. I believe that Auto Zone should have some alternative procedures in place for situations like this. Other stores I've dealt with have been able to retrieve the purchase information from their system or offer store credit as a solution. It seems that Auto Zone is more concerned with rigid policies than with customer satisfaction.I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with Auto Zone Sanford. Their inflexible return policy and lack of empathy towards customers' situations make for an unpleasant and frustrating experience. I would recommend exploring other options in the area that prioritize customer service and are willing to work with you to find a solution.Overall, I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Auto Zone Sanford and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I've been dealing with this store for years now, and every time I need to go.. ugh ?♀️!! I know it's gonna be a fiasco ?. They always give me the wrong part, or wrong size, wrong price.. Always! I know 1trip, will actually be at least 2 trips and 3 hours of my time. SMH .. Every Time!
