So I would highly recommend this location!
Customer Service is out of the park every time!!! Pricing is always great and even if it was a little more I would probably go here! This most recent visit Jay helped me order two large batteries, got one transferred over and helped me install them. The last time Rick helped me change a battery in the rain. The team is always happy which says a lot about how it’s run! Thank you all for always being positive and so helpful! I always come back even though it’s not the closest location for me!! 5 Stars!!!

Took my phone in to have the back glass replaced one was so very nice and helpful. He made me feel very comfortable during my weight. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Besides repairing, they also have a little bit of everything batteries, flashlights, power, batteries, two batteries, lightbulbs, little bit of everything great place.

In town for my birthday and ran into some issues with my battery, came to battery plus bulbs since it’s where I purchased the original battery from back home. A gentleman named Juan helped me, he jumped straight into action once I told him what the issue was. He was very knowledgeable about his job even taught me some new things. I truly appreciate him and his expertise. This man deserves a raise!!

I'm very pleased with my last visit to the store. The customer service was awesome. The guy helping me took the time to educate me on maximize my battery performance for my motorcycle regardless of the line behind me. He was in no rush making sure I understood everything, including how the warranty worked out in the event I had problems.

I recently got outstanding service from Juan, the Assistant Mgr. at the Sanford Florida store. He helped deal with a battery warranty issue for my electric wheelchair. I went here last week and had a new battery put in my watch, and within a day, the battery stopped working. I was out of town for the week and yesterday went back told them what happened, expressing my displeasure, and the store mgr answer to me was to use my phone if I needed to know the time……no apologies for the inconvenience. Rude isn’t a customer service option.
