I thought the store closes at 7 but doors are already locked by 6:49 when all that needed to be purchased was a sim card kit- wasn’t even going to make the worker do the activation. My friend had already entered the store and was told a transfer pin was needed from T-Mobile in the same plaza only to return with the requested info to purchase the kit and the store be locked. Crazy.

Visited this store on Sunday 12/8 at 415p and the store was closed. Posted store hours on the window and online state 12p-5p on Sundays. I called the store and no one answered. How inconvenient for your customers when you don’t follow the store hours posted.

It's 11/7/24 at 1:35 pm as I write this - check who was on the clock at the time.
I had my sim card changed out when I went into the store about 10 days ago and have not had internet on my phone since. I tried having tech support help me over the phone, thinking that maybe the girl who put the new sim in at the shop forgot to reset something or change settings. They helped me as much as they could, but there was still no mobile data.
Fast forward to today, I call in to see if I could pass by after work to have it looked at. I was met with excuses about AT&T having connection issues for the past three days (this has been going on for longer for me), and that she could not help me. This was same girl that changed my sim card, I remember her voice distinctly. I told her, if the service is like that, I should perhaps go back to Metro...barely finished the sentence and she said "ok, that's fine" and hung up on me.
Talk about customer retention skills.

Store clerk Tonya was rude as heck...she told my wife and I that we were entitled...which I believe was a jab at us being white...we were polit and didn't deserve to be treated in such a manner by a little girl with no manners.4 visits later problem still exists. She needs to be removed.

STORE EMPLOYEE NATONIA IS WORTHLESS!! GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE OR A DIFFERENT CARRIER!
She overcharged me for an activation, which I then had to reverse over the phone w corporate.
I’ve tried 13 times to have a number ported to Boost from spectrum mobile, but they keep messing up!
CANCELING ALL SERVICES NOW!

I called the store six times at six different times this is very unacceptable and if you are the store manager in your reading, this you should be fired to the max. Learn how to do your job.
Because I’m a store manager myself and I work out a more busier more up paste business and all you do is stand there and cell phones all day. Literally you’re never as busy. I’ve been to the store and it’s very slow so should be a reason why you can’t pick up the phone or place me on a brief hold, these companies higher Sorry, working people that are so lazy and don’t want to do their job and just wanna Money pick jobs You know what I’m just gonna call corporate and have them do a really quick inspection on you. Do you know one of those pop-up inspections that’s what this store needs

Don't go here if you need to buy a phone, need a new carrier, need help with your phone issues, do not buy anything from this place. They don't know anything. I've been a Boost customer since 1999 yes that is correct the year 1999.
Boost did some updating and my voicemail hasn't worked since, it's been 8 months now.... NO VOICEMAIL!!!!
I've been on the phone live and via chat with customer service over 11 times, visited a store as per online operater request and no help. I have NO VOICEMAIL since they did their their new updates! They just lost a dedicated customer! Honestly The people working in this store should be fired!

It was horrible because the salesperson was very nasty and confrontational. She made it a point to cut me off and tell me off. She made sure I knew the price of the I phone 12 out the door of $21500. I didn't care because I could pay I wanted 2 lines but she was so mad and angry I bothered her she referred me to Total by Verizon which I got great deals and great phones. I also don't have to ever worry about locked phones. My I phone 11 was a sub of Verizon so I got a new fabulous Moto stylus 2023 for free plus awesome service
