Went in to have a relaxing pedicure to end up having the bottom of my foot cut open. The male nail tech then argued back and forth with me that he didnt do it, that he is a professional . I felt the cut happen and saw the blood when he was scrubbing it so hard with the scrub brush! I did not come in here with a fresh open wound. He would not take accountability for it so I stopped the pedicure from being finished and he WANTED TO CHARGE ME $60 for a half done pedicure and a new open wound on the bottom of my foot. I asked for a manager and he told me he was the manager and so I asked to speak with the other manager and she offered to take off $10, I said i did not even get half the pedicure done, so they took off $20. I still paid $40 for horrible experience and will not come back. I understand mistakes happen, but how rude to go back and forth with me about something you clearly did and tried to not take accountability for it. You’ve lost a good customer.

Been coming here for quite sometime on and off. Recently had a great visit! Always clean and smells nice. Even on a busy day customer service is prompt and kind. My forever spot.
Requested style: My daughter brought in an inspirational image and the final result was spot on!! She was very happy!!
Stylist: Zara was amazing!! Her attention to details were incredible!!

Went with my husband and we got slightly different but perfectly tailored pedicures. Mine more focused on dry skin while my husbands focused on his foot and calf muscles, as he’s on his feet 80 hours a week. First time there and will definitely be returning. Reasonable prices as well.
Cleanliness: Very impressed
Stylist: Sing spent what felt like an exceptional amount of time on my cuticles and dry skin which was wonderful.

I have never had a better experience at a nail salon! I came in just to take my mom visiting from out of town who goes frequently,I never get pedicures, but after this I will definitely be back! I completely understand the excellent reviews. Services are super user friendly to understand, I've never seen a more organized polish selection,beautiful salon, staff couldn't be more authentic, personable and likable,what a great experience ? Highly recommend.(And a high five for you especially Sing!! ?)

I went in for a full set and removal of my previous tips. Zella was patient and took her time. I love the new design and thickness. My only issue is that 3 of my nails have lumps and could have been filed down better. It doesn’t show because of the design so I will address that at my next visit. I’ve had a pedicure here before and they did a good job. Along with offering complementary beverages and a clean updated and stylish workspace I would recommend this spa.

Emily was great. She was fun pleasant she’s absolutely wonderful. I have never though been charged because I wanted them shaped different way I was blown away by that but I’ll be back. It was great experience. I’m just curious to know what shape can you get that you’re not charged for it and I wasn’t told about it. And it was just square round nothing special.

Stylist: Emily and she is so sweet so nice pleasant, friendly, very gentle

They really took their time me and listened to my concerns about my nails. Great experience.
Stylist: Chloe was awesome. She knew I was on my lunch break and quick and efficient. Was able to change the shape of my mail. Highly recommended

The girl who did my nails Emily was great, friendly, gentle, funny. No problem there. The price was $10 more than online, and they charge for shaping the nails. The girl next to me was getting her shaped almond shape and her girl did one hand and said we charge for shaping, girl said well you did one hand so you have to do other now and I guess I have to pay, but I didnt pay attention as I was getting my square round, nothing fancy. So I go to pay and it $10 more than online price and $5. for shaping. Was alittle surprised by the shaping charge, what do yu have to have done for no charge? Other than that it was a great experience.

Chloe is absolutely amazing !!! She takes her time with me and does an amazing job ! She makes sure every nail is perfect and shows she loves what she does . I will be definitely be going to her for now on.. I’m so happy to have finally found someone to replace my previous nail lady after 6 years (I moved away) I have compared everyone to her and now found Chloe …THANK YOU !!!
