"Unfortunately, the company is NOT good.The customer service is terrible and they don't care about providing a solution. The shirt arrived one month late and was sized as SML. They don't accept return or exchange.I don't recommend this company."

Was told 3-4 weeks to receive order after close of online store. Now I’m being told 6 weeks after it closed just to ship my items. Don’t ever use this company.UPDATE: after 5 weeks I was just notified they were cancelling my order. And that’s after telling me for the past 3 weeks that it was in production. This company is literally the worst.

This is the worst company to use for any school team store! They never deliver when promised and they NEVER provide timely feedback, information, or anything! Go ANYWHERE else for your sport/team needs!!!!

Terrible quality, we got with customer service and managed to get our order replaced due to damages. The second order came in just as bad, not to mention.. shipping takes forveerrrr. Save your time and money!

Very upset with how the rep and the customer service rep tried to resolve an issue. Two items came in either broken or miss sized. This is after we waited over 8 weeks for our items. I explained the situation but they were not able to make right on the one item saying it was my error. Will not be buying from them again. Very disappointed.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Do not order from this company they do not have a return policy! I ordered the wrong size shorts and tried to cancel the order. They would not allow the order to be canceled. They said to call to request a return once I received the order. I called when I received the items over 2 months later and was told there is no return policy.

Placed order on Aug 23 2021. Today is Oct 22 2021. Still no order. Our season is over. No one on the team received their order. Now customer service has stopped responding. If you cannot fill orders don't take them. Ridiculous and they are just giving themselves a bad name. I will push for our school to never use this company again.

We ordered 2 months ago for our school warm up gear for XC and have still not come in. We will not have our warm gear for champion season. I am very disappointed for that and will not like to order from BSN again.

Ordered product 8/18/2021 with promised delivery 3-4 weeks after orders closed on 8/19. On 9/6 I received an email advising that delivery will be in 4-6 weeks due to "Covid" supply chain issues. I am blissfully unaware of any tee shirt or ink shortages caused by the handy "Covid" non-excuse. The 9/13 email advised that due to "Covid" the expected delivery is now 6-7 weeks. The 9/20 email advises that they are finally just now making the shirts that were promised to have been delivered already. The season is over in 2 more weeks and we have zero chance of having the shirts we wanted to support our grandson at his meets.. Do business with these liars at your own peril.

The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because I like the quality of the shirts. They seem to last through our hard labor work. BUT, the communication and everything is HORRIBLE. I was told a 7 day turn around. I sent my payment in on July 15th. July 30th, 15 DAYS later I have nothing. Sent another text, got answered 3 days later with the covid excuse and that they would be done this week and shipped out for an over night ship. Well it’s not the following week, I have no texts on why I didn’t get them last week and still don’t have them. Owning a business myself, it’s unreal the lack of communication. They’ve lost my service.

Order at your own risk!Ordered bags for my soccer team. I sent in the mock-up and what was sent didn't match the mock-up. The logo on the mock-up that was agreed upon was 9", and what was received was 3". When addressing the issue with BSN my players were told BSN will not take them back because they were customized, students cannot get their money back, they will not fix the issue, they will not let another local vendor work on fixing the issue. I work at a Title 1 school, which means many students are from low-income families. I am forced to order though approved vendors and BSN is the main option we have. So now I have to go and talk to parents and students who the majority are from low-income families to tell them what they wanted they will not get and the company doesn't care.

Ordered items through the team store as directed by coaches. The order was not received until 6 weeks after ordered. The season was over and had a slightly disappointed kid. Before ordering through team store, double check with coaches and/or the shop to to confirm when they will actually ship the items. May be worth it to order from another local vendor that can make similar paraphernalia. Contacted them about it and their response was they do not ship out anything until 3-4 weeks after the team shop closes, which is not listed anywhere on the website or on the order confirmation. Being that they are in Sanford and the high schools they service are local to them, they should definitely have a quicker turnaround time or offer a pick up option.

Sweatshirt seems to be of good quality. Be aware that they run slim. We purchased one and cannot use it because it does not fit and there are no returns. We ordered two sizes bigger than typical.
