I called and spoke with a representative at the Sanford location about an exchange of equipment and to get two other items. He was very pleasant and professional. He searched for what I’m looking for and made arrangements to do the exchange and a new purchase all on the same day.

If I could put zero I would.keep it short and to the point the will steal from you and act like you never mad a payment they are very rude and they will lie so avoid going to them just save you cash and buy it out right ? they will steal you cash and make you bring the stuff you been paying for years back never trust them.
