Zero stars!!! As we headed out the door to pick up the truck the DAY OF OUR MOVE, they called and told us they didn’t have any trucks!!! When asked what do they expect us to do?? He said, call customer service. TOTAL GARBAGE!! (We reserved a 26 foot truck to make our house move) He kept saying call customer service, not my problem, and hung up! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!

If I could give it zero stars i would. Made reservation over a week ago and even called two days ago to confirm reservation. I get to place it no trucks to fill my reservation and didn't help finding another. When I asked for help and what to do they told me to leave and when ingot upset the threatened to call the cops. I hope this place gets shut down

Garbage trucks. Seem to have been used by uhaul first. Attempting to do a scam against me by having me pay for "normal wear and tear" on their vehicle.

MANAGER CANCELLED RESERVATIONS SAME DAY TO NOT HONOR RATE.Did not honor reservation upon arrival, no calls or emails. After calling customer service, the (branchs) manager moved location over 35 miles from home with no follow up calls as requested and would not honor the difference in miles nor move location to closer after confirming other locations were available. He (the branches manager) became upset to not honor reservation rates to a closer location and hung up and canceled reservations. Upon calling again to customer service, I was not able to resolve matter nor was it escalated for resolution.

Poor service is a stretch and the location looks like they dont want any business. Booked a rental and was told upon arrival that they didn't have any cars. He also told me that is states that on my reservation paperwork. I would not use this place for their misinformation and deceptive tactics. Most rental car sites will state if they have cars available or not, allowing you to continue your search elsewhere. The worst part was he couldn't even tell me when a car would be in...less than 10 min from the airport where I went and got a car. Renters beware, shady practices here.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would! Raj was very rude, discriminative and condescending. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy! The upkeep of this establishment is very unsettling as well. Upon arrival I could not tell if it were a salvage yard or sanitation drop. You would think with the appearance there would at least be decent customer to make up for the aesthetic soreness to the eyes!

Terrible. They still require a mask and it’s April of 2022! So we had to do all of the paperwork outside even though we are vaccinated.

HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE SERVICE. returned my car & went into the office. I didn't have a mask so when he started to ask I walked out side. he came outside after me and asked if I had anything in the car. ( he noticed I was looked up the current mandate on masks, which upset him.) He stated it was a "private" business, which I respected. I asked for a hard copy of the receipt and he said " it will be emailed to you" I explained that it would be emailed to my boos , not myself and I again needed a hard copy. Again he replied " It will be emailed to you" walks inside and LOCKED the door behind him. I waited a Moment and tried to open the door to peek in and see if he was printing the receipt and that's when I noticed the door was LOCKED! I was shocked. My uber arrived so I left with NO receipt. Im still very shocked, the service was horrible for NO reason. I can't believe I was Locked out of the office all because I asked for a hard copy.Save Your Time, it's Not worth coming here !

So my friend reserved a truck a month in advance to move a family member out of state and it was going well AT FIRST. She calls them to see if we could pick the truck up early and they don't have the truck. I mean none!! They claim they were tryin to call her to reschedule but they had the wrong number. 5 of us came down here on a 1-way ticket so we could drive back and NO TRUCK!! So they send us to another company across the street and they will only "somewhat" honor the deal from this company because "they don't do unlimited miles!" This place is garbage smh

Reserved several 16' trucks. Went to pick them up. Rep was late then couldn't get any of our credit cards to go through. Tried charging us extra for everything. An hour later, still no truck. Ran across the street to U-Haul and left 15 minutes later with truck.

I reserved my car a week ago and they called me today less than a day before to pick up my car to tell me they ran out of cars for the weekend and they just have vans, sorry you just ruined my trip I didn't rent a van a rent a compact car. Now I need to find a car out there a really high price. Just because you couldn't save a car for me, next time ask the customer if they are ok with a van, don't decide for your customers...

Would give 0 stars if possible. Placed a reservation online and was told this location had what I requested. Flew from PHL to MCO to move my son back home after graduation. Took an uber to pickup the truck I reserved and when I arrived was handed a pamphlet and told "call this number, if they don't call back in 2 hours call again. There are no trucks here." Thank God for UHaul for bailing me out last minute they even sent someone to pick me up after hearing my story. NEVER USE BUDGET AGAIN

DO NOT USE THEM!!! Had reservation booked for months, they called me day before saying no available trucks. Forget calling customer service , they don’t know how to help customers. We were left with no way to move our furniture. Very very poor customer service and accountability

We rented a 17 and on Friday evening received a call on the way from Aaron that the truck was not there give them an hour and they would have truck. After an hour Aaron said they had spoke to the Mrs. and reservation was changed to Sunday. I am the Mrs. POSTING THIS AND HE DIDN'T TALK TO ME.What had changed from Friday night confirmation hmm sounds like the ball was dropped and instead of accommodating said that we had to call customer service ourselves. We will not ever be renting from here again admit your mistakes not leave the customer out in the rain and change the reservation without consent.
