Caliber Collision is a great shop to use for my State Farm Claim my service advisor Dominique was very communicative and professional and made my experience a great one and in future if I need a collision repair shop again I will definitely take it back to Caliber Collision

THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I was so upset about the accident i had and Caliber was there for me every step of the way! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO ROB HEMLING FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT!! I called to set an appt for an estimate and specifically explained my situation, the vehicle was repaired at another shop, the work was unsatisfactory and I needed it corrected. I arrived at my appointment and they would not even look at the car, I was told they won’t touch it unless Caliber did the original work, it seems they could have easily told me that on phone and saved me a drive and additionally wasting my time! If their customer service is a reflection of their work I would not bring my vehicle here.

I think the Caliber Collision in Sanford is a very great auto shop. Recently, I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision as it was heavily damaged due to that I was in a car accident and Ms. Dominique Belge, the service advisor, helped me tremendously by quickly and effectively handling my vehicle repair process from assessment to completion. My vehicle is now fixed with the original parts and it was done with the lowest cost possible. I am greatly happy with my car’s repair and if needed, I would go back to Caliber Collision for service. I highly recommend the Caliber Collision in Sanford.

Dominique was wonderful sending me daily texts on the progress of my car. The final product was great!! The new door was perfect and the paint blended perfectly. The customer service is great, from the girl who works at the front, to everyone who worked on my car. The entrance is clean and inviting, too.
