Awful customer service. Would not recommend. Lack of training, terrible software. Constantly disconnects.

While the level 2 charger here in Seattle has been reliable, the prepaid account where they automatically draft additional funds into your account is quite silly and annoying. Most other networks simply charge for what you use.

Drive a volt. $2 per hour charge.... Takes me 4 hours to get a 50 mile charge. That's $8 for the same mileage I could get with gas for $4. I'll never charge at one of these again
