I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve tried to call (at different times of the day outside of their lunch hour) to try to get leasing information. Somewhere over 20 times for a week. It’s very difficult to get in contact about living there. No one picks up.

DONT MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE PEACE OF MIND AND PRIVACY. I awoke yesterday to maintenance entering my apartment without any notice. I was in my bed asleep and awoke to him entering. There was no notice given or awork order. After the murder of Miya Marcano by a maintenance personnel in Orlando a few years back you would think that they'd have better sense than to just enter someone's apartment. I reached out to corporate and the onsite office manager and no one will respond to me !!! After making several attempts to contact corporate and the office manager Candice I then went to to the office to request the regional manager’s info due to being ignored by corporate and the office manager . Upon going to the office to request the contact information I was told by the office manager Candice that I’m not welcome in the office she then CALLED THE POLICE AND TRESPASSED ME FROM THE FRONT OFFICE ! I have it all recorded but the video is too long to post on the review but because I came in to ask for the regional manager she called the police lied and made it seem as if I was attacking them but luckily I was recording the whole time !!

Love the layout of the neighborhood, the speed bumps coming in are horrendous, but it’s a beautiful place. The office is nice when they finally get back to you.
I’m currently on the waitlist with no place to stay at the moment so hopefully they get back to me soon, but overall better vibes than most places in the area

If I could give a zero I would, low income housing but they will take advantage of their big corporation backing them. They will apply unnecessary charges to your account if you complain against management team. Their corporate will back them up against you. They discriminate against the less privileged. They lost my key to my unit and broke my lock for their corporate walk to be precise. They never placed a 24-48 hour intent to enter on my door but since they placed one in my chart that all they’re supposed to do states their VP. They decided to break my lock with no more than a 20 minute heads up via voicemail. My rights were violated and when I complained I was retaliated against with extra charges like $150 fee for an Amazon box in the dumpster, and was charged for my mailbox lock being broken 2 months later after it was fixed because they stated the work order I placed was a lie. They took the fee of $150 off but didn’t inform me and would not return any efforts for communication until they were able to file an eviction on me for unpaid rent. After I asked them to take the charges of so I could pay my rent, instead of communicating with me, they subjected me to speak with the person I complained against, and they waited until they were able to file the eviction, locked me out of my portal and then returned my emails and calls. I lived here when it was Concord never had an issue. Now that peak living has taken over I would never live under this management company again. Worst customer service. Worst turnover. Worst communication. Oh and good luck getting them to answer their calls. I’d run very far away from this apartment complex. It’s not worth it.

My mom is a resident at Charleston Club and raves about Serge. Serge is awesome! He is always professional, respectful and courteous entering the apartment to perform maintenance requests and is very thorough. He makes sure to answer your questions and give an honest answer even if he needs to refer back to his supervisor first and ensures he follows up. We appreciate and Thank You, Serge!-Elaine

My time at the Charleston club in Sanford Fl of of Lake Mary blvd, was one of my worst experiences, They have been avoiding residents everyday until rents due, they always closing the office during open times during the week, I have noticed the moving of illegal families and their own families into these apartments whether they pay or not I’m not sure, the management has been lying to tow companies about cars being abandoned in the parking lots, I have also seen multiple times where the staff has cursing residents out and threaten them with calling law enforcement in they didn’t leave the office, because the residents asked questions on, why does my rent keep going up? Why hasn’t my complaint about the apartment utilities being fixed, if you do not know Spanish, I advise you to learn it, because when you walk in there, even though they all know English very well. They will lie to you and tell you they don’t know English, I’ve seen this and then when you leave they would laugh and talk about you behind your back. I don’t usually complain but the staff before this one should’ve just stayed, because I can guarantee you they may have a lawsuit from somebody or they will cause somebody to get hurt or they’re going to cause that building to be shut down. I’m reaching out to the company to give them a heads up what’s going on in their business. I think you
