Cost us a lot of money because they did not get updated inspection/report after roof was replaced. And they NEVER answer the phone.

The agency never answers the phone, never calls back, changes requested by phone on the policy never happen bring the discounts down and the monthly up and no one calls, answers or explains. Horrible communication.

I don't know why I was assigned this office, you call and nobody ever answers, you leave messages and nobody bothers calling back, are they even opened? How can you run a business with no customer service or communication???!!!!!
