I have been here several times to do a return, and the hours say they are open, the power is on, but the employee wandering around the store will not answer the door to tell me what is going on and why I can never seem to get help. I have an item that I need to return. This is my third attempt to come here and having the same thing happen. I can see the employee and she has seen me but she chooses to ignore me instead of just being kind enough to let me know what’s going on so I can try to plan better as it is not close to me and I make a drive all the way out here because it says they are open and then they are not. I am extremely frustrated at this point and the situation. Once I get this return done, I will never go back here. I am completely disgusted with the lack of care and customer service.

Nice place to buy uses items, clothing best part there Christian based non profit company and they play Christian music very nice vibe there. Staff amazing as well.

Only gave 1 ⭐️ because I had to or else I couldn’t leave this review. I wanna start by saying I actually love this store, however, that OVERSIZED melanated girl that’s always there has the most disgusting, unwelcoming attitude. I walked in there today and said hello to her and she looked right at me and didn’t greet me or say a WORD. I was very uncomfortable as I shop there often and it’s not the first time she has seen me there. It’s as if she hates her job or her life rather. Or at least, it comes off that way. She is always lurking around as if someone is gonna take something. Sweetheart, some of us that come in there to shop make far more money than you make working there. Honestly, I believe this store would make far greater sales if they had better employees who actually cared about the growth of the business instead of just a paycheck. They need to get rid of her - SHE IS CHASING YOUR CUSTOMERS AWAY!!!

Finally, I found a place in both my sons, like for reasonable prices. I love it too for females of all sizes shapes, and I will be back every week, and I will recommend to everyone

Majority of staff is unfriendly and makes you feel like a bother when you ask for help as if that’s not what’s on the job description when they applied

Spent quite a bit of time looking at clothes. Once I made my selections, I found that the dressing rooms are closed. The lady said it was because it was an upper management decision. Well, no way to try on clothes, in a clothing store. I didn't know if they would fit so, I put them back and unfortunately left empty handed. Missed sales??♂️
