Taylor did a great job at piercing my daughter’s ears for the first time. She explained every detail to ensure that we would have a perfect healing process and walked through every step with my daughter and I. She was patient and did a great job! Store was very clean and definitely will be coming in much more.

When we first got our daughter's ears pierced, Taylor was amazing at making her feel special and safe. Then when she lost one of the new piercings at the beach, Stephanie saved the day and worked delicately and compassionately to reinsert a new earring and save the piercing. Thank you for taking such good care of her.

Great location, this plaza has a lot of great stores. The associate, Amber, was fantastic! She informed us of the sakes and deals, didn't follow us around, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products. My two girls and I were in the store for almost 45 minutes, trying to choose the right things. Amber was friendly, helpful, cheery, and overall wonderful. We talked about the birthday parties at Claire's, I had no idea!

Drove all the way over here on my lunch break to grab some quick replacements for my nose studs. What a waste of time.Door was locked with a hand written note saying they were on lunch. Multiple customers tried walking in while I was waiting outside for 40 min. This location is definitely losing business because employees lock the doors during open hours.

Twice in one day, the door was locked with a hand-written sign. One said “Bank Run” and one said “Lunch Break.” We waited for more than 45 minutes the second time and still no one came. Also, the phone number listed on Google is not in service.

I wish I could leave 0 star. I will NEVER again do online orders here again. Placed my online order few days ago for pick up in store. All the items selected showed as available in store. My order was supposed to be ready within 2-4 hours. Two hours passed and didn’t receive the email to inform me my order was ready. 4 hours went by and still nothing. Store closed, and my order still not ready. Next day went by, later in the afternoon went to the store to see what was going on, the lady there had no idea what to do. She started looking for the items on the floor and did not find anything I ordered but a broken makeup kit, which she tried to give it to me without me noticing it. Ended up canceling my order. Super disappointed.

This store has 0 customer support. I’ve called multiple times over the last 4 days and no one ever answers. They give your pick up orders to random people. How is that even possible do you not check the ID of the person picking up the order. This store is a terrible representation of the Claire’s brand don’t shop here.
