My experience with CubeSmart has been almost exclusively positive. There is almost always somebody in the air-conditioned office space. There is a bathroom available. There was a little welcome bag in our unit when we opened it. And there’s always somebody during open hours walking around and using camera surveillance to keep an eye on everything. There’s even outlets every so many units to set up fans if you happen to have a unit next to an outlet The only warning I would give, is when they say that they have business hours, they mean it. We were there past closing once, and it did not occur to me that we would not be able to use the password to get out. But we ended up being locked in. Though, if you call the number posted on the gate, they can override it and open the gate for you, though you will get a reprimand in the morning by the office staff.
