While the staff is very friendly here, the pharmacy drive thru is often times closed. It is even more frustrating when the pharmacy is closed early or not open at all. I appreciate that cvs always has great coupons throughout the month. The photo services here are nice as well. The canvas I ordered seemed somewhat faded, but for the price I was happy. This store has a great variety of merchandise and medications. It is frustrating that a human never answers the pharmacy phone and I get stuck in a loop with the robot answering machine. There are definitely areas of improvement for this location. Thankfully they are typically quick about filling prescriptions.

I went for my daughter's medicine, the woman who was attending was extremely rude since I greeted her, she asked me for my insurance card and I gave it to her, she told me that she could not give it to me because I did not have a group ID, I which was not necessary. I told her that I didn't have it and she told me to call my insurance, and she closed, I had to wait for half an hour for them to open again, and for someone else to attend me so I could explain to the other person what had happened and what she finally gave me my medication, not to mention that she told me that I didn't understand her because I didn't speak her same language, and that I had a \\\"language barrier\\\" that she \\\"couldn't get past\\\".

This is the second prescription this pharmacy was unable to fill due to lack of stock. The pharmacy staff is not helpful in finding another CVS which may have the prescription. The store is dirty and disorganized.

Worst pharmacy. I've given this location so many \"tries\" because they are close to my house. Every time I try to get an Rx filled there's some kind of issue. Today I spent over 20 min trying to reach them by phone only to find out there is no pharmacist on site and they are trying \"to find one to come in\" according to one of the CVS staff members. Back to Walgreens I go.

Don't wait in the drive thru any time before 1:30pm make sure you go inside and make them close the pharmacy it in your face. I guess my kid has to wait for there meds.

Pharmacy hasn't given me any problems. My husband on the other has dropped them and went elsewhere. I still use them.

Honestly, I wish we had better pharmacy options, but CVS is on every corner and "used" to be so clean, quick, & reputable. This location is far from that. It doesn't matter if you wait in the drive thru or go inside for your prescription, plan on at LEAST 20 mins for them to just find it or realize they still need something from your doctor. Always SUPER unorganized, no one knows right from left or up from down, and honestly, a huge embarrassment for a pharmacy. If you have the chance to go somewhere else, I would.

just in yesterday. they were more concerned about changing all the prices in the store than taking care of costumers up front. when I had an \\\"age restricted\\\" over the counter medicine in self checkout NO ONE CAME! NO ONE. We waited 10 mins and went to the PHARMACY to be checked out. There were more people working there than the entire store. You can grab something and walk out and no one will notice.

This place gets crappier all the time. It's a shadow of what it used to be, and Walgreens blows it away on every level. I always seem to walk out the door irritated by something, and I'm pretty forgiving

I came in here an hour and a half ago and specifically told them I am waiting in the store for my prescription. They told me it would take up to an hour to transfer my scrip from Publix. I had no problem with that until I went to check an hour and a half later to have them tell me they were still on hold. I immediately called Publix and they told me they had nobody from cvs on hold or even that had called in. When I confronted them about it I asked if they had been on hold for over an hour and they said no 7 min. So they didn't even bother to call until I had been waiting in the store for over an hour. I doubt they were even on the phone with them at all until I told them I was calling Publix back to check. Then magically they told me they now had them on the phone. I call b******* on this. Either they totally forgot about me or they just didn't give a s**** They would have had a regular customer but apparently they just don't care at this location. I will be going elsewhere with my scrip for now on.

Terrible pharmacy. Always a long wait whether at the drive up or inside at the counter because they are understaffed. Meds are ready, but takes FOREVER. I have had to ask that my prescriptions be transferred multiple times, as the former pharmacy continues to fill prescriptions. Very frustrating.

My child just got out of surgery and realized I only had half a bottle of liquid ibuprofen left she needs it every four hours with the medication I dropped off at the pharmacy for the next week. I called and asked the pharmacy technician if she could grab me one bottle of it to ring with my prescription when I came through the drive thru when I picked my other prescriptions up as my daughter is in severe pain and I can not leave her alone in the vehicle post surgery to run and and purchase she instructed me that they do NOT do that. I worked in this very pharmacy many years ago and have done the very thing I requested so many times for parents of sick, post surgery children. I was blown away by the carefree, negligent attitude. No customer service skills. I see why the pharmacy is always empty.
