This pharmacy is terrible and should not be opened.Very disappointing to be a customer to get treated with such neglect and abuse from the pharmacy staff.All I was trying to do was get my medication.I will be informing ACHA to longer have them as a provider due to exchange of words said to me.The pharmacist there said she was gonna call the cops and stated that she didn’t want to assist me.Because I didn’t have my insurance card ready when she wanted.I will be giving names to ACHA.Hopefully this will be a lesson that u learn on how to treat customers properly.

This place is a train wreck. There is an issue every time we go there - pharmacy & store. We've given many chances, because the location is convenient to our new home. The pharmacy is always complete chaos. You get notifications that your prescription is ready, only to show up & have them tell you that there's an issue with it or it will be a few more hours. The drive-thru for the pharmacy is always either closed or takes forever. There's one young African-American guy that works in the front that is always nice & helpful. But the other staff I've encountered could use some customer service training. I'd recommend steering clear of this place. Go the extra 1.5 miles to Target. They have a pharmacy & everything else you can get at CVS.

I would have given 0 stars if there is an option. It’s always hard to speak to an associate at the pharmacy and just go VM all the time and they hardly returns to the messages left. They don’t update on the delays for prescription readiness unless and until we go in person. For the last couple of times what ever medicine the doctor prescribed isn’t available here and was to made to wait for 2 days stating it would come the next day, it would come the next day. I have had the request moved to near by Walgreens and got the medicine in 2 hours. Now the doctor given a different medicine and the automatic teller machine keeps saying it’s going to be ready 3 days from now and try to speak to actual associate but only goes to VM all the time. I would definitely not recommend this pharmacy

Place looks abandoned. Overgrown shrubbery and weeds everywhere. Irrigation has been leaking so long, there is slime running across the pavement. Trash strewn everywhere. Homeless hanging around the periphery.

While the staff is very friendly here, the pharmacy drive thru is often times closed. It is even more frustrating when the pharmacy is closed early or not open at all. I appreciate that cvs always has great coupons throughout the month. The photo services here are nice as well. The canvas I ordered seemed somewhat faded, but for the price I was happy. This store has a great variety of merchandise and medications. It is frustrating that a human never answers the pharmacy phone and I get stuck in a loop with the robot answering machine. There are definitely areas of improvement for this location. Thankfully they are typically quick about filling prescriptions.

Easily the WORST CVS Pharm around. Get electronic scripts from Doc they do not see them, will not call the doctor to confirm, when doctor calls they ignore the phone call. hung up on very rude. Never get anything right, quantity ect. stay FARRRRR away.

Worst pharmacy ever. They told me 3 days straight that my med will be in the following day. I called every time before heading over, but these people NEVER answer the phone or return voicemails. Oh and when you go in person they always seemed bothered Horrible service. That’s why I prefer WALGREENS

In hospital. Calling all day about discharge scripts and they are just ignoring calls.Left detailed message about scripts to transfer and no call back and nothing done all day!More calls kept me on hold over and hour - answer phone several times saying they will get back with me and they would come back 20 min later and say the same thing - 4 Times in a row.I’m Laying in hospital bed for hours calling and calling holding holding No one is picking up. REDICULOUS!!Spoke to an assistant manager her excuse they are short staffed. Said she would deliver my number to them and No Call Back!!No excuse to ignore a customer All Day!!!!I started calling at 11:00 AM.Moving all my scripts to Walgreens International Pkw. Lake Mary.Customer service was friendly and immediate!!!!!Because of Walgreens I will have my life saving discharge meds to go home with tonight.By CVS!

This location has been short staffed for a very long time and as result, the employees are overworked, tired, absent minded and obviously getting burned out. I feel sorry for them to be honest. They need more employees here!!!! Corporate needs to raise their pay wages so more people will apply here and they can get back on track. I’ve lived in the area a long time and things used to run smoothly at this location. They are also being undermined by an online system that will auto text patients to say “your prescription is ready” before the employees have even received the order, or say to patient “it’s approved/denied” before the employees have had a chance to double check details. I’ve gone there to pick up scripts and I can tell staff has no idea what I’m talking about, then I show them the text, and they apologize and scramble…one time the medicine I was there to pick up wasn’t even in stock…the electronic information being so different like that, makes it seem like the employees in the pharmacy are lying, or are incompetent. I used to work in allied health, and with medical e-systems, so I know how that goes. The two pharmacists I have personally met are actually very nice & helpful. Despite the problems associated with the staff being run ragged, the inside of the store is well stocked and clean, so I give 3 stars. I hope someone from exec level sees this and fixes these problems!!!!

I just left this cvs. I was having trouble finding my wife's medicine and Caleb walked by and help me out. Very good guy. Great customer service. I just finished working a 12 hour shift and im tired and he came in clutch twice. I was having trouble adding my coupon and again Caleb assisted me and just made everything easier. Give this man a raise!! Great person!!

They’re accepting electronically sent prescriptions from physicians and filling them knowing they’re experiencing a system outage and can’t release any medications to their customers causing people who need medications to go without because there is no other way of getting their medications without paying cash through another pharmacy if their providers are willing to send them to another location. This is insane. They shouldn’t be accepting and filling scripts when they can’t release them to customers and there is no way to get ahold of anyone to have the scripts released or transferred. Completely Unacceptable. They don’t deserve a single star.

This is bar none the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. My medications are constantly being put on hold by the pharmacy, with the CVS app telling me to contact the pharmacy for assistance. Every time I try calling them I am sent through an endless automated loop of nonsense before I am automatically hung up on. They have answered one of my calls out of hundreds of attempts over the past several years. I often find myself running out of medication due to their unbelievable levels of incompetence. I should have switched to another pharmacy years ago. This one should be shut down.

The pharmacy never answers the phone. I called for days!! Once I went in person to see what the hold up was for my daughter medicine, they inform me they are out of stock. Mind you the app didn’t mention this so I decide to call them and I am on hold for over 10 minutes. Never using this CVS pharmacy again. The pharmacy reps at the front are rude and unprofessional.

I really wish I could leave zero stars for this pathetic excuse of a pharmacy! I had been sick and wanted to get a Covid test and I was made to wait over 30 minutes in the drive-through line and the two cars in front of me also never moved in that time! I don’t know what the pharmacist were doing but they did not even bother to acknowledge anybody in the drive-through line! This place should be shut down!
