All the pharmacists in my experience have been helpful and accommodating to fill my medication when in a pinch for a refill and waiting on a doctor's appointment. They often advocate for medication with the insurance as well.

This CVS pharmacy in Sanford, Florida Target always provides exceptional customer service. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous with their service to patients! The pharm tech and pharmacists are amazing at this location!

Whomever was working the closing shift on Thursday, August 10th at this location was turning customers away due to “closing soon” long before 7:00pm and telling people to try another CVS that’s not closing soon... are you joking? That is not how prescriptions work! People needing their medication isn’t a joke, it’s truly shameful for someone to be so incredibly lazy that they’re turning people away an hour before closing. I think this individual chose the wrong profession.

Went through the tedious process of filling out their COVID testing application, sat in line at the drive through for 40 minutes, then was told that I would have to cancel and fill it out again. If I’m sick and dealing with COVID, the last thing I want to do is sit in the Florida heat with my car off because you can’t hear me with it on. Maybe it’s a good thing we are seeing less CVS pharmacies around.

What happened here? Everyone is gone. All previous wonderful pharmacy staff quit. You have one person on staff each day at a busy location and the gentleman just closed the pharmacy window while I was in line waiting for 20 minutes already because he had to use the bathroom. Looks like it's time for a new pharmacy.

Who ever was working February 10 2023 at 9:44am in the pharmacy . A man that claims he was there by himself. He has the worst attitude I have ever experienced in custom care. I asked him about a medication and he said “ i dont have time to give you a lesson, im here by myself” in the rudest tone. He should not be allowed to deal with customers.

LETS START OUT WITH THE FACT THAT MY HUSBAND NEEDED HIS HEART MEDICINE LAST NIGHT THAT WAS FILLED AND WE CALLED SARAH TO LET HER KNOW WE WERE ON OUR WAY AND SHE WAS EXTREMLY RUDE! WE GOT THERE AT 7 ON THE DOT IN HER WINDOW AND SHE CLOSED THE STUFF IN OUR FACES AND SAID I CANT HELP YOU, ALL I CAN DO IS SEND IT SOMEWHERE ELSE SO WE ASK IF IT WAS SENT SOMEWHERE ELSE WOULD IT BE GUARANTEED THAT THEY WILL HAVE IT AND SHE SAID NO AND LAUGHED IN OUR FACES. VERY UPSET AT THE SERVICE THAT WE HAVE RECIEVED!!!
