Up until the last month, taking my Sapphire Blue 2013 Cadillac XTS-4 Premium to Seminole Chevrolet for service has been flawless. Last month, the starter went out, but it took them *3 days* for them to get it into the shop, which meant I had to rent a car out of my own pocket so I could get stuff done. The warranty company said they do not reimburse rentals until it is in the shop, but it was in-and-out in a day, but that's another matter. Last week, I needed a tire for the car, they did not have one, but another dealer in the area had one, so I went there. This past week, the car needed an oil change. I went on the site and set up an appointment. I went in a few minutes before, the guy writing could not find my info on his sheet, so he went in to talk to the Service Advisor. He came back out and said the appointment was cancelled because they were busy. He said I could go in and reschedule with the cashier, nope, I left and made an appointment with another dealer in the area and will no longer go to Seminole Chevrolet for service.I understand things get busy at dealers, but it is simple: if you make an appointment, they should honor it. If they can't, they should contact you before you head there to reschedule (or so you can cancel and go elsewhere). And if you need a tire or 4, their site should say if it is in stock, but Seminole Chevrolet didn't say it but another dealer did, so I went to the other dealer.

Julian was great to work with. Patient and respectful, not pushy. Gave my husband and I room talk and discuss without feeling pressured. We knew we wanted a Silverado but not what type and with what options and was great about being us multiple vehicles to look at. Buying a vehicle is never the most fun experience, but this was not bad. Love the truck!!!

I originally took my truck to Orange Buick GMC in Orlando… big mistake.They were not communicating with me at all and were unable to fix it after 5 days. They never initiated contact with me & I kept having to call them for updates.I called Seminole Chevrolet & they did not hesitate to tell me to drop it off with full transparency of timeframes. Angel who I spoke with first was extremely pleasant and informative. Eric ended up being my advisor and he kept me informed through all the steps. He ended up going above and beyond to make sure my repairs were under warranty and I was extremely grateful.10/10 would recommend!

Just bought my new car! It is beautiful! I had been shopping around, all while we had been buying fleet vehicles here for years. Thank you Jeff Pflum, for just having the conversation with me to look around and find me the best car, at the best price I could find. He went out of his way to help me. My husband and I both enjoyed our experience while purchasing a truck. We never felt pressured, the associates had a great sense of humor, and they made sure we understood everything throughout the process. We would definitely work with this dealership again. I didn’t.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this car dealership's service department. The team answering the phones apparently lacked knowledge and accuracy. In addition to that they also lacked attentiveness, communication, and professionalism. As a result, my scheduled service couldn't be completed, wasting my time and leaving me frustrated. This was a deeply unsatisfactory visit. Gave 2 stars because one of the service managers finally decided to honor the price we were told. I am supposed to reschedule my visit, and I’m very hesitant to do so…

Went to another family owned mechanic and the list of things that were causing the problems that totaled over 6000 dollars was able to be solved by replacing a 250 dollar battery. Crooks

I was on the hunt for a Chevrolet Trax. They are hard to come by, because,they are sold within a day or less of being delivered to the dealership. I got a call from Ricky Lopez and he said he would let me know if one arrived at the dealership. I received a call from McKayla that same day and was told one had arrived. She sent me pictures and a video of the car. She kept in contact with me and assisted me with my trade in so the process of buying a car was easier. I went straight to the dealership. I had the pleasure of taking a test drive with another gentleman named Ricky. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the car that I wanted. He was assisting McKayla because she was busy with another customer. I was very impressed with the teamwork of those two. You can tell they both love what they do and love helping people. I decided to purchase the car. So Ricky then guided us to the finance department and we met with Raphael. Raphael was very helpful and he went through all of our paperwork and answered any and all questions I had. Once we were done, I drove home in my brand new, 2024 Chevy Trax. I was beyond excited. It was the easiest car buying experience. Everyone of them made this the best car buying experience I have ever had. Seminole Chevy has a group of outstanding employees. I will recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a vehicle.

Mark Wilson was great for me and my family, he worked with me and my family to figure out numbers and we got a car!Also the car ended up getting a leak and engine light on and Mark Wilson and his team there took care of it and payed for everything. I recommend this dealership great experience. (The leak happened 5 days after i believe of buying the car). Thanks guys

I bought a new car. The salesman was great setting up the deal, took delivery and the Window tint that was installed at dealer was bubbling up in quite a few places, called salesman he told me they were having problems with the tint company, my salesman said they were getting a new company and they would call me to set up appointment. Well never heard back from them, called the salesman and he never responded, Called service numerous times, with them telling me the service manager would call me, never called back, I called quite a few times , always manager was not available and they would call back, it's been 3 months, needless to say I just gave up. Please do not buy your car from this dealer if you are looking for a reputable service department, seems to me they just make the sale and they forget about you, so I give them ZERO stars. Not a good experience,

I have been a loyal customer of this dealership since 2011. However, since the dealership changed ownership, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of their service department. I have been charged for unnecessary work, and when necessary work was performed, it was not done correctly. The dealership tends to hire novice technicians straight out of auto technician school, lacking the experience of more seasoned technicians. This information was disclosed to me by their advisors. I would not recommend using this service department.
