I was able to come in around 12pm and there was a bit of a language barrier between me and the staff so they kindly asked Anthony jr to help translate with the help of Ed Miller to solve my request for a repair estimate on my fuel door. Beyond excellent service , bilingual and they were able to provide me with an excellent quote. Easiest shop to work with here in Central Florida for autobody repairs.

The quality of work is second to none. Great people, too. Had some snags with the insurance company, and they helped me figure it out. I highly recommend them if you want your vehicle fixed right. And for the record, it's not just Toyotas they repair, as mine is a 16-year-old Ford! And lastly, they cleaned it, inside and out. I know that most places like this do that, but wow...it looks brand new! Very impressed!

I had my 2013 Toyota Corolla repaired through Geico at Seminole Toyota Collision, and Mr. Anthony handled my claim from start to finish. His customer service was outstanding—professional, transparent, and always quick to provide updates throughout the repair process. The turnaround time was excellent, and the car looks better than ever.
What really stood out was the attention to detail, especially on the pinstripes. They were able to do the stripes in-house, and Mr. Anthony made sure everything was perfectly aligned and matched just right. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend Mr. Anthony and the team at Seminole Toyota Collision!

Excellent auto body repairs completed by the guys over at Seminole Toyota Collision. I was never once left out of the loop and they completee the job 3 days ahead of schedule. I didnt have rental coverage so they were nice enough to drop me off at home and pick me back up when it was ready. Communication , quality , speed and cost effetive repairs. I took my vehicle to the Seminole Toyota Collision Center, trusting them with a paint job after a little mishap. To my dismay, just a fortnight later, I noticed the paint starting to peel away like an old sticker that had given up the ghost. Naturally, I thought it best to bring this to their attention. However, the director's response left me quite speechless. Instead of a simple apology or a suggestion on how to fix the issue, he took to defending the choice of materials used, insisting that there was an agreement with the insurance folks to use those very things.
This certainly raises a few eyebrows about how they run things over there. One would think that customers deserve not just a splash of color on their car but also a bit of honesty and decent communication—particularly when it comes to something as vital as safety and value. Sadly, my little adventure with them hints at a significant gap in accountability and professionalism, as if they were trying to paint over their shortcomings instead of addressing them directly.
