Bad communication, workmanship was not up to par when inspecting the vehicle both parts that were replaced had scratches and did not fit properly. When I asked for a solution no clear direction or action was taken and I was left to call the insurance company to get involved in a resolution. I would recommend to inspect your vehicles closely when bringing them to Seminole Toyota for body work repairs.Service: Painting

The service I received at the collision center by Anthony and the team was amazing! I had a metal object fall off a truck in front of me on 417, and I ran over it. It punctured my gas tank and destroyed my underlining, and probably more unseen. I called in to inform them that I was stopping by, and when I got there, Anthony confirmed the incident with me and gave me a timeline for part delivery and repair. I was a bit skeptical when I went in on Tuesday, and he said the car would be done by Monday. The last time I had a repair done at another repair shop, it took them over a month, so I handed him the key. Enterprise car rental was already waiting for me. Throughout the week, I received updates on parts delivery and repair, and I never felt like I was in the dark. It was a pleasant surprise to receive an update letting me know my car was done on Friday, only three days after dropping off the car! I highly recommend having your repairs done here with Anthony and the team! You won't regret it!

I had an appointment today with Seminole Toyota Collision Center for an estimate to repair a door ding on my RAV4. I met with Leslie Cox who suggested a way to fix the ding without a costly repair. She took it into the shop and they repaired the damage on the spot! The repair looks good, and I am extremely grateful to Leslie and the entire team at Seminole Toyota Collision for taking care of this quickly and expertly. I just had service done here. And I had the worst experience ever they never informed me of how the process was to have the car repair. I bought the car there to get reviewed for repairs and I was just told to drop off the car. I wasn’t told that this was the process before I even went there. I was not ready to leave the car because I didn’t have nothing prepared to be without a car. And they even told me that there was no car available to rent and it was like eight in the morning when I was there. After repairing the car had more scratches and they didn’t do a good job. They just bought it. The car gave me the key and I was on my way now. If you have anything you know wrong how does it look? Is everything OK? Poor customer service. I would never use this facility again.Service: Painting

Front desk lady will not remember anything you tell her no matter how many times you say it. Over charge on labor costs, missing parts when you pick up your vehicle. Overall worst dealership/collision center i've ever dealt with. took 2 weeks to figure out the price with USAA after a month of fixing my truck.

Excellent service from dropping off our car, getting the rental, and also the speedy turn around. (A week earlier than they had estimated).When we picked up our car, and dropped off the rental, we again had wonderful customer service, and the work that was done on our car was flawless. Terrible service. First, communication is nonexistent. Second, you’ll have your car sitting there for weeks. Third, the car went in with no issues; now it’s at the dealership because it won’t start after being repaired. Fourth, there’s no accountability by management. Take your business elsewhere. You’ve been warned!

I am writing this review to let any current and future customers of Seminole Collision know, "Not To assume that what they say is what they will do".First of all,I took my vehicle there to be be repaired. My trunk was to be replace as well as some repairs based off of the original quote that Seminole Collison quoted me.In good faithI dropped off the vehicle with the intention of this service being preformed.When I went on line to check the update on the vehicle 3 days later I noticed that the proposal had been adjusted to only repair not replaceing anything and also just bundle the truck.I immediately called the manager and come to find out, they blamed it on insurance coverage, Falsely.My insurance company confirmed that they did not change my original claim.Once this was resolved and the repairs were complete, I finally picked up my car. It was not clean on the exterior.When I got to my home and gave the car a good wash I immediately noticed that there was an overspray on the back window, and bottom trim and also the roof.So I took the vehicle back to the collision center and they had to keep the car for the car for a couple hours to remove the overspray.Part of the service for my trunk was to repair the hinges.That was not by any means fixed properly. I cannot open and close the trunk correctly due to the alignment of the trunk itself.I am so disappointed with the service and outcome that I was expecting. Please beware of taking your vehicle to this business.The workmanship needs alot to be desired.You have to be in top of them through the entire process.

I rarely write reviews and when I do it is either because the service was exceptional or horrible. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Horrible horrible experience. Brought my vehicle there and literally a month later and a lot of run around it was not done. Brought it to another shop and they informed me Toyota's estimate was wrong and were able to complete within one week.

We had someone back into our beloved 2014 Sequoia on January 20. I was concerned about how long it would take and how the paint on the new door would match with the rest of the vehicle. Seminole Toyota kept us updated through each step and had the vehicle ready for pickup by February 10. I was shocked when we got there and looked at it. The paint was perfectly matched and the car had been cleaned and looked immaculate. Anthony did a great job and, while hopefully we don’t have to use their services again, I know our vehicle would be in good hands if we had to! I highly recommend them!Services: Body & Trim
