Very disappointed. It's not the Dillard's I always loved. Merchandise is crowded and looks off. No more Kitchen, very little men's clothing. I didn't enjoy it at all

Love this store, especially Jimmy, the long-time shoe salesman. He really knows his stuff. He ordered shoes for us and they were here two days early. Staffing elsewhere in the store is much lighter than it used to be.

Good sandwich, except asked for deli mustard. Yellow mustard was placed on sandwich. Was taken to go this sandwich. I asked if they had deli mustard and was confirmed, however, sandwich person used yellow mustard. ? ? ?.
