I went into the store today to buy some air fresheners for my home. Found some on sale but when I got to the register they rang up differently and I told the cashier they were on sale she went to the back of the store, looked at them, took down the sale price and told me there was nothing she can do about it because the sale was expired. I then asked if they honored the sale price that was still on the item. She told me no . This has happened to me multiple times in this particular store. And from my understanding Dollar general does honor their sale prices. The tag is supposed to be removed but the price is supposed to be honored. Once again I was very disappointed..

I don't like how the manager Charlene presents herself as fake with customers per a YouTube I saw acted real shady and unprofessional that lady needs some more training and MANNERS!!

If you plan to come here make sure to come before 8pm they like to close the store early even though they close at 10pm. Extremely disappointed

I recently came to Florida to visit, and this was the first store I went to after I landed. HORRIBLE customer service and the manager herself is just rude. I really hope for better management in the future for this store.

Store isn't coupon friendly, kind of funny seeing DG has a store coupon app and the Saturday only $5/$25 paper or digital coupon. But the attitudes and like of professionalism of staff is just a reflection of the DM Miguel.

The district manager over this location is awful! He abuses his authority and doesn't make his employees accountable for their actions. Also an ignorant employee named Charlene called the cops on my girl Sade' because she didn't do her job correctly so Sade' was able to get lots of pennies that she was mad about. I don't know why they are so threatened by penny shopping when 9/10 they throw it away.
