Every DollarTree has the basics such as food, kitchen supplies, clothing, hygiene products, gift wrap, cards, school supplies, party and seasonal decorations, but some have more than others and the popular items may be sold out. You can always find another store minutes away in the Sanford/Lake Mary area to find what you couldn’t find at the first store. This store was pretty well stocked on the afternoon of my visit, but very busy. The line at the checkout in this store was extremely long, but as soon as someone pointed it out to the single cashier, another employee arrived to open another register so the long line was quickly shortened. Both cashiers were very friendly, and not the least bit stressed. Found several things I was looking for to make Christmas crafts and bought other things that I probably didn’t need, but the low price of $1.25/ea. makes it easy to get carried away. The aisles weren’t blocked with boxes like they sometimes are at other Dollar Tree locations, and overall the store was pretty tidy.

Dollar Tree is a Super Fun Place To Shop! Everything is $1.25 now. Still a great bargain. They have a wide assortment of things. Many are Very well made I might add.

Unhappy the refused an elderly women to use rest rooms because kids destroy if they keep open. There are other ways to handle disrespectful kids and still care for the elderly...

I'll say first that the employee, Wanda, that assisted me was very polite and helpful. Here's why I leave 1 star- I called the store to make sure they had air for birthday balloons before I drove there. Someone picks up the phone, and all I hear is another person, presumably the manager, yelling, "I told you not to answer the phone!" Needless to say, not the way a customer wants to be greeted...with yelling over the phone. Then the person doing the yelling takes the phone and informs me they have air. I then go to the store, and Wanda is helping me with balloons as well as a second customer simultaneously. Despite this effort and helping two people at once, Wanda is chastised by the manager for not greeting a 3rd customer at another register. How many people should Wanda (or anyone help at one time...helping 2, gets yelled at for not noticing a 3rd fast enough? ?)...and why didn't the manager quit yelling and just assist the 3rd customer out herself? It baffles me as to why someone thinks a job title gives them the right to disrespect someone else in front of others. Between the phone and my in store experience, Publix or Party City offer the same stuff that while more expensive, last a lot longer and probably wouldn't also include someone yelling on the phone AND in the store. Not right or ok and certainly not behavior that makes customers want to return...
