Matthew Bryant was fantastic and established great communication from the very beginning. He immediately responded to our inquiry and took the time to send a short video of the car we were interested in. When a family emergency arose, he remained patient and understanding and was standing by to assist when we were ready. We traded in our vehicle and purchased the new one, and it was the smoothest car sale we’ve ever had. Thanks to Matthew and the Driver’s Mart staff, it was a positive car buying experience.

Great customer service and professionalism. Hany and Matthew were both outstanding and answered all our questions and never put any pressure on us to buy a car. Great experience all around, quality cars at fair prices, I recommend Driver's Mart Sanford very highly.

Unlike traditional car dealerships the sales people here are non-aggressive, and very approachable. They only come out to see if you have any questions and then leave you alone until you are ready. The prices on the cars are usually marked below market value.

Just purchased a used vehicle and the experience was excellent. When we arrived we were greeted by Matthew Bryant at the front door, told him what we were looking for and kindly showed us exactly what we wanted. Took the vehicle for a test drive and were filling out the paperwork within minutes. Such a pleasure to deal with this company and will certainly do it again.The way car buying should always be, no pressure, very knowledgeable and QUICK service. Thank you very much

Good Morning Drivers Mart, and thank you for an excellent experience! It started with a phone call on the 4th of July with Mathew, till vehicle purchased days later. You were closed, but when I called, Mathew encouraged us to explore the lot. We instantly found something we liked and no pressure Derek met us the next day. After our test drive, everyone on the team greeted us warmly and professionally. It was easy. Samantha in financing had everything ready and out the door with keys in hand less than an hour. It’s only been a day, but an excellent experience over all.

I bought a car from here and have had nothing but issues. There’s broken pieces under the hood, the exhaust is bent, and I’m having sensor issues. Instead of taking any responsibility for selling a non functioning car with damage, I am being told to let it be fixed under warranty. They seem to be unable to fix some of the issues, as I have already taken it to the dealership 4 times and am still having problems. I did not discover all these issues until my second appointment with the dealer after the 5 day window. Because, no, I did not fully inspect the vehicle in the parking lot before I bought it because I was told it had just been “serviced” (which includes an inspection at Mazda). That was very obviously not done as they didn’t catch the issues under the hood and with the windshield.This was a very disappointing experience because I spent the suggested price for a used car but got a used “damaged” car. This is not worth what I paid and I wish I would have not gone to this dealership in the first place. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. talking to the manager got me nowhere and he said “you’re making broken plastic pieces sound like a big deal” BECAUSE IT IS A BIG DEAL TO PAY 25000 FOR BROKEN PIECES UNDER MY HOOD.Someone dropped the ball big time here and I’m being told it’s up to me to deal with it.

A week ago today, I purchased my dream car!! I am elated with the entire experience!! A friend referred me to the Sanford location because of his great experience with Derek Greer. Derek was so energetic & passionate about introducing me to all of the vehicles many amenities! He then partnered with Ricky to really go to bat for me with the lenders, in order to get me in the car at my budget!! I also received $500 more for my trade in than the previous dealer. Samantha, the finance rep, was so very pleasant. She expedited the paperwork quickly & was very patient with answering multiple questions that I had.Very GRATEFUL for you all,God Bless You in selling many more!!

This past Saturday I went to Drivers Mart in Sanford and purchased a 2018 Ford Ecosport S vehicle. The salesman Kevin Lynch, who I had been conversing with over the past week, was very knowledgeable and upfront. I test drove a few vehicle and decided that the Ecosport was a good deal. Kevin worked with me and the finance department to get it financed. This is not the first vehicle I have purchased from Drivers Mart nor the Holler dealerships. I have found them to be upfront and not ones to hassle you into buying something you cannot afford. Thank you Kevin Lynch for all your help.

I bought a car 3 days ago from Driver's Mart Sanford. I believe I bought a good car at a reasonable price, had everything been in good order. However, on having the car professionally inspected by an ASE certified technician this morning, I was appalled to discover that the vehicle had been sold to me in dangerous condition with severe safety issues which Driver's Mart has refused to correct despite the cost of correcting the issues probably amounting to less than 1 to 2% of the value of the vehicle.My inspection revealed that all 4 directional tires on the vehicle had been mounted inside out meaning they had reduced traction, were wearing unevenly and generated increased road noise. They do not hold the car to the road as they should and it's a danger to drive. Additionally, the front left tire has a large flap of rubber cut out of it, deep enough that it's leaking air. The rigidity of the tire is severely compromised and it is a constant blowout risk.I pointed out both issues to Driver's Mart within their 5-day guaranteed return policy period and with less than 200 miles driven. Their general manager, Ricardo Gonzalez, told me that they refuse completely to take any responsibility for the condition they sold the car in and would not assist in fixing the issues in any way. He essentially dared me to return the vehicle and told me I was completely on my own.My advice is not to buy from this dealership. While the cars look nice and the prices are fairly attractive, the dealer does not stand behind their products in any way and they are completely willing to sell cars in unroadworthy and dangerous condition, even if they are fully aware of serious issued with the vehicle. They will even conceal these issues if it helps them secure a sale.Furthermore, they noted when I bought the car that the interior had not yet been detailed and that they would take care of an interior detail if I purchased. The reneged on this when I asked about it too, Mr Gonzalez telling me that "my guy just cleans, he doesn't do details" vehicles and implying that the best I could expect was a quick vacuum and once over with a rag. So please be prepared for them to conceal dangerous things from you, to refuse any kind of resolution and to completely renege on promises.
