Sean (sp?) and his team restored my precious Sterling to her original factory look. Over the 3 years I've had her the front hood sealant proceeded to peel up! She looked like several cats had tapdanced across the top in their bare nails. Yeah I'm being dramatic. Empire Auto Spa got rid of the ugly. I'm so pleased with this restoration. Sean is straight, no chaser. So happy I found them! 😍

My experience here started off positive, but it quickly turned into one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. I dealt with Jake, and I strongly recommend that others avoid working with him.
Jake pressured me for money very early on in our interactions, then failed to follow through on commitments he made to me. I felt taken advantage of and misled throughout the process. In addition, his behavior came across as manipulative and unprofessional, which left me feeling like I could not trust him.
No customer should ever have to deal with this kind of treatment. It’s disappointing to see someone behave this way in a professional setting. If management values their clients, I would encourage them to take a serious look at how Jake is handling business.
I will not be returning if Jake is the representative I have to deal with.

I called Empire by accident (trying to reach another tinting place) and I spoke with Shawn first and he was quick to give me a quote. When I called back to make the appointment I spoke with Brian and he was able to help me and worked with me with all of my questions and made me feel important that I was not just a person bringing them money. He took the time to make sure that I was getting everything I needed to not only protect my car but my family and I. Thank you Shawn and Brian!
