Very clean facility, friendly staff and reasonable prices.
The facility was a little difficult to find at first because it is behind retail stores and a hotel.

So, I originally made a reservation and paid for a storage unit online. I was so distracted I did not realize I rented a parking spot. The online system was very easy, but I was dealing with a lot of chaos. The system asked what I was storing. When the owner, Mike, saw that I was going to store household goods on a parking spot, he immediately reached out me. Turns out there was a climate controlled unit at their other close by facility. It was actually my preferred unit type, which was not available at the original location. Mike had me canceled on the parking spot, signed up for the bigger/ climate controlled unit in minutes and I was set up that same day, within minutes of my original order. I'm impressed with the level of service ( so wonderful in today's world), very reasonable cost, and professionalism of his whole team. I wish everything I do was this easy. It would make my life perfect! Thank you so much for such a great experience. I will definitely recommend this facility to friends and family in the area.

We just got our new storage space today. The move-in experience was great. Bert was so welcoming and helpful. The whole grounds are very clean. So far, we’re very impressed!

Great experience. Very efficient setting up and closing storage unit. Great space and price for the location. Don’t remember her name but the lady with the Blonde hair is amazing to work with!

What a great rental experience. Berta was super helpful and friendly. The facility is very clean and relatively new. Despite it being tucked all the way in the back of that shopping area, there’s plenty of lighting and security, so it doesn’t feel unsafe.

Housekeeping is not doing their job. Restroom is dirty, with no handsoap,no paper towel and in occasions no toilet paper. It's only one restroom.
Prices are not set, financially it's a burden,thinking that next month would be too much to afford.
