I could not be any happier for the service I received from Noah. Took the time to explain all the mattresses, allowed me to lay on & try out each one. I bought a King Size memory foam mattress at an excellent price, and I have been genuinely impressed after a few nights of sleep on it. The quality is outstanding, and the service from Factory Direct Mattress, a local family-owned business, was exceptional. The owner personally hand-delivered the mattress, and I couldn't be happier with both the service and the price!

Super happy with my experience buying a mattress from Noah. I went to the store and literally laid on all of them, trying to find my perfect match. I even went back a second time to pick between the two I had narrowed it down to. I didn't feel pressured to make a choice quickly. He explained the different options in detail and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!Hopefully I love my mattress! ?

My second time going to Factory Direct and I would absolutely never go anywhere else. Noah is hands-down, the most professional and knowledgeable person when it comes to your needs.The whole process was quick and easy. No pressure applied whatsoever.Delivery I thought it would have to be scheduled for possibly a different day, but no, Noah himself delivered it within an hour. I don’t typically give reviews, but he was amazing!!! Thank you so much Noah and once again, I will be back for my next room!!!!

Saw a sign, called the number, made an appointment, went to said appointment. Found the mattress that I needed, learned a few things about mattresses and proper sleeping form. Mattress was delivered to me in less than 20min.Noah was patient, informative, responsive, and he has great deals on all types of mattresses. This was one of the easiest and fastest shopping experience I've ever made. ?

First and foremost, he was super responsive and we were able to schedule an appointment that very same evening.He was knowledgeable and allowed us to try quality mattresses until the one was just right. He was patient and professional. The store manager was very helpful and nice. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I didn't have to wait for hours after I purchase my mattresses, he went ahead and delivered my stuff within 30 minutes after I left. I will be back to purchase more mattresses for my other rooms in my home.

Noah made the mattress experience easy for us. We had been sleeping on a mattress we bought on Amazon that was killing our backs, we needed a mattress for that same night and he was able to deliver. Owner was a real gentleman really helped a disabled vet as myself very knowledgeable I don't think I'm going to be regret going to this mattress store as I have been taken advantage of by certain other mattress stores in the area because I'm 74 years old and you know how that goes but I think Noah here the owner gives me a real positive vibe. He didn't try to rush me, or push me into something that I didn't want to buy. And that means a lot to me I give the man Five Star+....just an add this. I had the best night of sleep that I've had in the last year. thank you Noah!

From the interaction through Facebook market place to the moment we walked out the door it was an amazing experience!!!! I’m so glad Amazon didn’t work out because got to meet an amazing small business!!! Upfront no hidden gimmicks great quality and knowledge Noah is awesome will definitely be back !!!!!
