“I love the care my kids and I receive here. I love love the direct primary care model. I was a part of another direct primary at one point but quit when the drive got too far and I had a third child. I was ecstatic to learn that there was another DP in Oviedo. At the time I needed some more specific help with my children than the care I was getting. Our Dr- Dr Stephens tailors our care to our needs because she can- she makes sure I get to address all my questions and concerns. And when I need other help she points me to the right people or resources. All 3 of my kids love her! She is available! (I don't have to wait for weeks to be seen- or hours once I get there). I can text her and she will text back. I can address multiple needs and even kids in one appointment. She and Family Tree- and this model of care- is just- the best!”

To be honest, I had been seriously considering leaving this practice and finding a new primary care provider due to my previous experiences with the staff. However, I no longer feel the need to make that change.
From the front desk staff to the nurse practitioner, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating. The improvement in the overall experience is very noticeable.

“OK so I didn't read the reviews until I got to the office so I was a little bit nervous because I didn't really see any good reviews but the staff inside was very nice to me. I was not able to fill out the paperwork I needed ahead of time because the app did not have it, but they supplied it to me inside when I met with Dr. Anita she was very respectful professional and she did have a nurse practitioner with her which most doctors do nowadays I requested for a female and she was able to fulfill that request she was able to help me on my first visit with several issues that I had. I was not only astonished by surprise that she was not given me a hard time or trying to be difficult, which I have experienced with other doctors, I would definitely recommend this doctor and this is only my first visit. She was straight to the point and wanted me to start getting work done. I do have other appointments about four different ones but it is for my health. I will definitely be back”
