Do not recommend.
Went here for an oil change (this is how these things always start) using one of their many coupons that get mailed to the house every other week. My car was having no symptoms of any sort, just bringing it in for a routine oil change. I take good care of my car at 122k miles.
After an inspection I did not ask for, they discovered a worn ball joint. I did some research of my own and decided ok, I probably need new ones and their price seemed comparable. This was my first mistake. They insisted it was an urgent repair and needed doing ASAP. So I went ahead and they replaced the control arm assembly..
Same day of the repair, off the lot, I'm hearing creaking and some squeaking I've never heard. I bring it back, the short test drive he did not hear anything so he says everything looks good with the repair.
A week later, creaking and squeaking is getting worse. I take it back, their grand inspection came back as it is the "motor mounts" making that noise. They proceed to show me the motor moving around, ok, so I have bad motor mounts but that doesnt reasonably explain why I would hear a squeaking right after the suspension repair. I pretty much demanded a reasonable explanation, and they simply told me it was a coincidence.
They then quoted me $1700 for 3 motor mounts. Their scheme is to start very high and then tell the customer, I did some finagling for you to get the price down, and the lower price is still higher than most around.
Brought the car to more than one other mechanic, who determined it was the struts (a part DIRECTLY related to the part they repaired). Their professional opinion was also that there is a likelihood the original repair could have exacerbated any strut issue.
Oh, and also, the price of the motor mount repair (completely unrelated to suspension), was almost HALF the price at several other places around. We're talking almost a thousand dollar difference.
Sorry, but you guys putting up that you're serving God in the waiting room is not consistent with the way. This place is not honest, and tries to play games and pull the wool over your eyes to make a quick buck. One more thing, they said I urgently needed brakes ASAP, other mechanics said they should be fine for a few thousand miles at least.
Sad experience, I do not trust them and they are incompetent. I really tried.

Excellent service! I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation, and everything was quick and professional. The staff is attentive, explains the work well. I will definitely return. Highly recommended!

I couldn’t get the bolts out of the license plate because my screwdriver just didn’t work at all. Stopped by and asked for help, and they immediately jumped in and helped me put the new license plate up. When I asked about the cost, they just said, “Don’t worry about it.” They even gifted me two bolts to secure the new plate—all within about 10 minutes! Thank you so much! I’m sorry I didn’t get the names of the people who helped me….Thank you so much again.

Very friendly and efficient staff! Oil change went smoothly and AC issue was fixed all in one day. I liked that they didn’t pressure me with unnecessary additional work. They did print a list of suggestions for future maintenance, but made it clear nothing was urgent. I will definitely be back.

Small hiccup on the parts ordering that delayed the job a couple days, minor inconvenience, but service was fantastic, truckers like new and their staff was so friendly. Clean waiting area with snacks and drinks. I think we found our new mechanics!!

These guys saved me this morning, my work van had a bad valve stem was leaking air I had already stopped to fill it two times at different gas stations.I googled tire shops near me and they were the only place open at 7 am and went there and explained what happened and that I needed to get this tire fixed I had to be in Winter garden for a inspection etc...they hooked me up with a new valve stem in like 10 minutes they actually changed both valves /rear tires because they were old didn't even charge me and for that I will always grateful + will do my business there for now on Thanks Guys I appreciate your help.
