I have had 4 online orders that never got delivered, even after getting notifications that they were on the truck and out for delivery. Even had a driver's name shown, but I won't post it. My orders are where? In FedEx pergatory? Before I ever order anything online again I'll make sure FedEx is not the carrier. I used to not have an issue with delivery but something changed in the past 2+ months.

FedEx in my area is useless. Drivers constantly claim they “attempted delivery” when in fact they never did. The latest incident was a few days ago when a driver, (I have their name and am VERY tempted to write it here, but I won’t) claimed that they attempted a delivery at 8:21 pm, when in fact they never came. We had a social gathering in my neighborhood so I was outside, just a few steps away from my front door, talking to a group of neighbors between 8:15 pm and 8:30 pm and no FedEx truck ever came by to deliver anything. If one did, we all would have seen it. This happens constantly with different drivers. When you call customer service, they are obviously outsourced from outside the united states, have a hard time understanding English, give you wrong information, and are of no help. I had a package that wasn’t delivered since a driver said they tried to deliver, but of course never did. When I spoke with a customer service agent, I was told that they would escalate my delivery and ensured me that it would be delivered the next day. Was it? Of course not! It ended up being re-routed to a completely different city, then they had to re-route it again to send it back to my city. I’m still waiting. The only companies that seem to deliver packages without issues in my area are UPS or Amazon. Even the post office delivers their packages on time. Fedex, maybe if you had LIVE TRACKING like more successful companies do, your drivers wouldn’t be able to lie about their whereabouts, take fake delivery pictures, and claim they tried to deliver when they didn’t.

Once i finally got here after getting the run around for trying to get a package shipped by fed ex that apparently does everything online was very tiresome but make sure you go here first to not go thru all the trouble I did... the people were very nice and helpful.

Was supposed to be delivered to the Longwood hub for the past two days. I can't believe this company is still running at this location after reading all these reviews. I'm glad I'm not the only one. FedEx really needs to investigate this hub; it's ridiculous that it hasn't been fixed. If I were the owner of a company, I would be furious. When I called the 1-800 number, I spoke with a very nice lady who said she would create a ticket and keep in touch with me. She also contacted, I assume, the hub supervisor and claimed they were going to stay late to make sure the package gets transferred to the right location. I will pay three times more just to avoid using FedEx again. I really hope someone in customer relations sees this and investigates. I never had any issues with the Longwood location before; this is my first, and hopefully last, interaction with Sanford.

I’m blown away at how often this FedEx (my local distribution center) either fails to deliver on time—and then can’t provide an estimated delivery time for the follow-up day—or mishandles my packages. So much so that I went out of my way to find it on Google Maps so I could leave this review in the hopes that someone at corporate will start to understand how dysfunctional this station seems to be.
I’m sure there are plenty of hardworking people at this station and maybe this is a problem of corporate overworking and underpaying employees. Regardless, it needs to be corrected. Every time I order something online, I pray that it will be delivered by UPS.

This distribution center is an absolute joke. Packages delayed multiple days, items damaged in transit, poor customer service. Avoid FedEx like the plague

Refused to delivery my package to my address instead delivered it to a random pickup location. I had no way of picking up the package and made numerous phone call attempts to have the package get delivered to the address that was registered to the package. They refused to fix their mistake and now after almost a month they are returning it to the shipper. Absolutely ridiculous.

1/4/25 package says delivered to a business address. Package never delivered!!! Fed ex driver signed RHHF. Salon was closed, I'm the owner and only worker. Fed ex has stolen my package. No door tag was left nothing. Customer service and Supervisor are clueless. Looking at the reviews it says a lot. Equipment for my salon that cost money!!! No update from Fed ex and their 1-855 national number 😡

I had an immense amount of trouble getting my package delivered however, once the 800 number gave me the local contact for Sanford I had the pleasure of being connected to Omar. Omar went above & beyond to locate my missing package. He even called me back once it was found & had it delivered late in the evening same day. After such an awful experience I am very impressed with the 5 star customer service and professionalism Omar showed. FedEx is lucky to have him on their team. I wish everyone cared as much as he did!

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Fed Ex driver delivered my package to the wrong address. The photo he took clearly proves it was not my address where he dropped off. Absolutely ruined my Christmas. I would never recommend Fed Ex to anyone ever again.

My tracking info says my package has been on the truck, out for delivery, for the past three days! Still no package, and it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone to help. What a bunch of incompetent people. FedEx is horrible. And getting worse by the day.

This facility has major issues. They lie about having attempted to deliver your package with blurry photos for proof of delivery. The driver supposedly “attempted to deliver” our package but never did - we had been home all day but nobody came to the door, nothing was caught on our security camera, no notes were left on the door or inside the mailbox. What’s more is that tracking reveals our package never even left the Sanford FedEx ground location. Due to this problem, our delivery date keeps getting pushed back. The package is also pretty valuable itself so we are even speculating that maybe it has been stolen. We do not want to use FedEx again if our packages transit through this location. And if it is the case that our package has been stolen, we plan on holding FedEx accountable.
